3	** Oftentimes, when Josh does video game countdowns and videos, the gaming footage will be recorded by him of himself actually playing, often very well.
4	* ColbertBump: ''Top Ten Fan Made Villain Songs'' resulted in just about every entry on the list, and their creators by extension, getting a massive boost in viewership.

7	** Josh isn't particularly amused by some of his old techniques and habits for putting what's on his lists. Especially the practice of putting [[VideoGame/NoMoreHeroes2DesperateStruggle Jasper Batt Jr.]] in lists revolving around 'hated characters', 'bad/disappointing villains', or 'annoying boss fights', as within his community, it became so overdone and missed the point that he was really designed to be that way to deliver the message of 'revenge is not that satisfying'. 8	* FlipFlopOfGod: A while back on his Twitter, he mentioned how he considers ''VideoGame/CallOfDutyAdvancedWarfare'' to be a fun game. However, he contradicted those statements on tumblr months later, saying that he actually skipped the game.
9	** However Josh managed to [[AvertedTrope avert]] this, by clarifying on tumblr that he mixed up ''Advanced Warfare'' with ''VideoGame/CallOfDutyGhosts'' as the game from 2014, and the original post was actually him referring to ''Ghosts'' as the one he skipped playing.
10	* ThrowItIn: Josh states in [[https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Aad2DOSYy-Q this short]] that him accidently refering Shadow as "Edgehog" before correcting himself in "Top 10 Rivalries" was not improvised. It really was just a slip of the tongue.
11	* WhyFandomCantHaveNiceThings: Josh, during his early days, made three response videos to fellow [=YouTubers=] in which he criticized their arguments they displayed in a video. Because of most of his fanbase's tendency to harass the people he made response videos to- including ''death threats''- Josh decided to stop doing response videos altogether. With one final exception vis-a-vis the falling out he had with Creator/LilyOrchard, and even then he only did so at '''great''' reluctance.
12	* WhatCouldHaveBeen: Josh was among the seventy-five critics Website/ChannelAwesome ''nearly'' picked up in the 2014 Talent Search. In hindsight, him not being picked up might have been a blessing since he ended up avoiding all the drama, scandals and mismanagement around the site at April 2018.
