* ActingForTwo:
** Japanese version:
*** Creator/DaisukeKishio, who normally voices Rumba, also voices Chacha when she transforms into the dog.
*** Creator/AiKakuma gives voice to both Kirara and "Dark Kirara", which is justified, as "Dark Kirara" is basically the younger self of Kirara created by her subconscious.
*** In addition to narrating the series, Creator/RikiyaKoyama voices the train driver who helps Retto and Kirara to find the latter's hairpin in the 10th episode.
** English version:
*** Creator/MarissaLenti provides the voices of the Queen, [=KiseiChuu X=], Minyarin, and Haruka.
*** Creator/ChrisGuerrero voices Rumba and the narrator.
* AllStarCast: The main Japanese cast is voiced by well-known big names of the industry, with a solid secondary voice cast too. This is taken up to eleven with the Censor Bugs, who are voiced by famous voice actresses.
* CreatorCouple: The English voice actors for Retto and Kirara (Creator/MattShipman and Creator/BrittanyLauda, respectively) are married in real life.
* CreatorsOddball: BURNOUT SYNDROMES, a band known for performing the themes for [[ShonenDemographic shonen]] anime of the likes of ''Manga/{{Gintama}}'', ''Manga/{{Haikyuu}}'' or ''Manga/DrStone'', performed the opening theme (along with Retto's Japanese voice actor Creator/YoshitsuguMatsuoka) of ''Super [=HxEros=]'', an action {{ecchi}} anime that parodies {{Toku}} series. It seems they were aware of this, as they are credited as HXEROS SYNDROMES.
* CrossdressingVoices:
** While Chacha is voiced by female voice actresses (Nichika Omori and Creator/SuzieYeung, respectively), she spends most of the time transformed into Rumba, who is voiced by Creator/DaisukeKishio and Creator/ChrisGuerrero, respectively. Since Chacha also imitates the voice of those she transforms into, she ends talking with a very high pitched male voice.
** Touma, the sole male member of the Tokyo branch of [=HxEros=], is voiced by Creator/AyakaOhashi in the Japanese version, fitting as he himself [[DudeLooksLikeALady looks like a girl]]. This is averted in the English dub where he's voiced by Creator/CliffordChapin.
