As Ron puts it, it's the end of his world.

Hego in particular was quick to give her a big hug when they finally reunited, which turned into a big group hug as her other brothers joined in. It shows how much they care for their sister, yet this clashes with how normal Shego doesn't return the affection in any way, and she deserts them the moment Ron zaps her back to evil.
32	** After returning to Dr. Drakken, Shego takes a look at the pictures she and Kim shared while she was good and looks doleful before she burns them to prevent Drakken from noticing them. It shows that she did come to enjoy her newfound friendship with her archrival and is rueful about it being no more.
