''Hunter Street'' is a Mystery show that aired on Nickelodeon on March 11, 2017 and lasted until May 20, 2021. This show is produced in the Netherlands by Blooming Media.

Problem child Max has failed to place with every family who tried to adopt him, due to his [[ThePrankster limitless capacity for pranks and practical jokes]]. He is down to his last option, the Hunter family, who is very fond of raising adopted children, he is the fifth one they've taken on when the pilot episode commences.

His new parents, Erik and Kate, disappear when they go to a night out at the opera, leaving the children with no adult supervision and a mystery to solve.

Season 2 premiered on January 29, 2018, set six months after the first season and introduces Jake, the newest member of the Hunter family. When Erik is framed for a crime at a local museum, the Hunters kids set out to [[ClearMyName exonerate]] their father and uncover their newest mystery.

Season 3 premiered on Teennick on July 29, 2019. It focuses on Anika and her connection to a mysterious Aztec pyramid associated with a long lost treasure. It also introduces her twin brother Oliver, her aunt Dottie and a new friend, Jasmyn. Max, Tess and Daniel are noticably absent from this season.

Season 4 premiered on April 19, 2021 in the UK, but it has not seen a release in the US and it's unknown if it will. It focuses on Anika and the rest of the Hunter Family to find and unite both new and ancient technology, and take on powerful enemies with grudges against the Hunters that threaten to tear the family apart.

Jennie from Season 2 returns for a main role and Daniel returns as well. However, Max, Tess, Sal and Jake are all gone, which leaves Anika and Evie as the remaining Hunter kids. Anika is the only original cast member that's had a main role in all 4 seasons.

!!Hunter Street exhibits these tropes:

* AscendedExtra: Jennie first appears in Season 2, helping the Hunters out. She doesn't appear in Season 3, but she does return for Season 4 where she plays a bigger role and even gets a PromotionToOpeningTitles.
* AlliterativeName: Tim Turkel, Simone Smith, Sophie Saganash.
* AntiClimacticUnmasking: Season three of the Dutch version had this, when it came to the identity of the mole. Throughout the season, the gang has been searching for a mole among their allies, "De Bloedverwanten", slowly but surely eliminating suspects, until only the most recent member, Bernard, was left. When they finally expose him during the season finale, Bernard runs off only to be intercepted outside by Benny (the Dutch version of Max), who states his disappointment in the identity of the mole.
--> '''Benny''': So you're the big bad guy we've been looking for all along... I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed in who you turned out to be.
* BerserkButton: When Tess locates a former employee of the Hunter Museum, he is quite friendly until she [[spoiler: calls him Mr Saganash (he wasn't one, she just thought he was)]], then he gets very angry. Anyone allied with the Hunters really loathes the Saganash family.
* {{Brainwashed}}: During Season 4, Anika is brainwashed by Miss Lucas while attending her academy, to track down parts for the Amber Oscillator. Evie is also brainwashed by Anika to forget about Florian staying with them. Towards the end of the season, Erik, Kate and Dottie are the first victims of the Amber Oscillator.
* BigBad: Each season has their own big bad:
** Season 1: Saganash
** Season 2: Bernard (depending on your view, Jerry and Lucia are either part of the BigBadEnsemble or Bernard's CoDragons.)
** Season 3: Rex Legend
** Season 4: Miss Lucas
* BookcasePassage: [[spoiler: There is a hidden room behind the bookcase in the library. Max finds it by leaning on the moveable section and dislodging it by accident. There's also a ventilation shaft leading from that room to a hidden door in the living room. And two other hidden rooms, one behind what appears to be a wardrobe and the other a hiding place for the Relative Crown. In Season three, another hidden passage is discovered leading from their fireplace to Diane's basement. According to the map, there's also two additional hidden passages which have been closed.]] The Hunters really like having secret rooms.
* BreadEggsBreadedEggs: Anika: We could bring our bikes and our tents, we can even ride our bikes in our tents.
* TheBusCameBack: Season 4 brings back Jennie, Daniel and Simon, all of whom skipped out on Season 3.
* CallingParentsByTheirName: The Hunter kids all call Eric and Kate by their first names rather than mom and dad, even Anika calls them by their first names and she says they adopted her as a baby.
* DanceOff: Anika is practicing to join the school dance team. When her rival Janine walks in on her training session and is unpleasantly dismissive of her skills, Daniel proposes this kind of contest to prove which girl is the better dancer.
* DontSplitUsUp: Said almost word for word when the Hunters consider going to the police when their parents go missing.
* DrillSergeantNasty: When called in supervise the children in their parents' absence, Uncle Eugene is this to an unreasonable extreme.
* [[EvilUncle Evil Uncle and Aunt]]: Uncle Eugene and Aunt Hedwig resent the Hunter children for being the legal heirs to the Hunter Estate and denying them the wealth that comes with that position. They also despise them because they aren't Hunters by biological heredity. They are also plotting to send the children to orphanages to remove them from the family and invalidate their claim on the family assets.
* EvolvingCredits: Each season's opening change based on setting, vibe and whoever the main cast is.
** Season 1 has Anika, Sal, Daniel, Tess and Max with them doing different things in their home.
** Season 2 reuses the same opening with the same cast, but now with the additions of Jake and Evie.
** Season 3 now has still images of the cast based on what the season revolves around, but with Max, Tess and Daniel absent. Oliver and Jasmyn take their places, while Sal, Jake and Evie remain. The settings change from the Hunter House to the woods, ending with the show's logo being shown over a forest background.
** Season 4 does that same thing, except Sal and Jake are now gone, meaning Anika is the only original cast member remaining. Oliver, Evie and Jasmyn remain, Jennie from Season 2 returns and newcomers Florian and Josh are added. The settings go from the Hunter House to Lucas Academy, ending with the show's logo being shown over the holocode device that plays a part for the season.
* {{Expy}}: The in-universe fictional character [=McMacho=] is a version of Series/{{MacGyver|1985}}.
* ForeverWar: The Saganash family holds the Hunter family responsible for every misfortune that they experienced over generations, but when Sophie is asked to explain what the original grievance is, all she knows is "her father told her the Hunters are bad" and not even he can remember why the feud started in the first place.
* GoodCopBadCop: Max tries this technique on Sophie to get information about the Saganash's plans. Only to find out she's GenreSavvy.
* GoodParents: Erik and Kate Hunter based on their limited screen time.
* [[HandshakeSubstitute Fist Bump]]: Max's preferred method of greeting during the pilot episode.
* HappilyAdopted: All of the Hunter children are this. Erik Hunter was this as well, because he mentions he was also adopted by the Hunters.
* HypocriticalHumor:
** Bruhl insists his family has to eat healthy, then gets a call from Janine asking if she can have the family sized bag of chips. Cue Bruhl constantly reminding her about healthy eating the entire phone call. With a vendor hot dog next to him the entire time.
** When Evie joins the Hunter family as the newest/youngest adoptee, she never speaks until she gains the confidence to utter single words, whenever she does so [[MotorMouth Anika]] claims Evie talks too much. Being [[CheerfulChild Anika]], it's likely she was intentionally doing this to be amusing.
* LineOfSightName: When forced to come up with an explanation why he was expecting a call from Erik, Daniel claims he meant Erik Dusterson, because he has a feather duster in his hand.
* NoExportForYou: Despite the first three seasons being aired in America, Season 4 has not been broadcast at all here. It has aired in places like the UK and Canada, but it's unknown if Season 4 will ever air in the US, leaving the series unfinished in that region.
* PoliceAreUseless: Played with. The Hunter kids are told that Saganash has spies everywhere, including the police.
** In season 2, the Hunter kids turned to the police(actually just Simon) in an attempt to postpone Erik's trial by providing the evidence they collected that he was framed. At first, he plays this trope straight, but afterwards tells the kids that he will bring the green mask to the forensics lab.[[spoiler: He plays it straight in a later scene where he smirks and then throws all their evidence into a bin, which David sees. David tries to argue against it, but Simon retorts that "it's a party mask, a drawing, some fuzzy computer images", and that he took David off the case.]]
* PutOnABus: Season 3 starts with mentioning Max is spending time with his biological parents and Tess is doing charity work in Africa. Both of them have been removed from the opening credits to reflect their absence. Meanwhile, Daniel is busy in the police force. None of these characters made any appearances in Season 3. Season 4 sees Sal and Jake departing the series as well. [[TheBusCameBack Daniel returns in Season 4]], as does Jennie, becoming an AscendedExtra. Max and Tess, however, are still absent.
* QuirkyHousehold: The Hunters have this as their EstablishingCharacterMoment.
* RedHerring:
** A mysterious note is found that reads "the battle will rage forever over Josephine's true love". Given she was being courted by two suitors, it is assumed that this is what the message refers to, the one who didn't win her affections. [[spoiler: Josephine's true love is an extremely valuable blue diamond.]]
** When given a cryptic hint to ask Aunt Cassandra for a clue to the location of the Red Diamond [[spoiler: Sal finds a hidden diagram, which is then stolen by Saganash. Then Anika points out Saganash doesn't actually have the map, they've only got the deciphering key. The real map has been hanging on the wall in their bathroom for ages and she's the only one who recognized it's true meaning.]]
** [[spoiler: The map in itself was another Red Herring, it didn't actually show the location of the Red Diamond, it was only intended to get the mapreader into the tunnels so they could read the numbers painted on the walls that pinpoints the location of the shipwreck which holds the Red Diamond.]]
* RealMenWearPink: When Tess takes Max to buy new shoes, he continually insists that pink is the best color. Most likely he is just teasing Tess, who likes black and says so in this scene.
* SecretUndergroundPassage: A closet in the Hunter house [[spoiler: has a doorway that leads to an underground network of tunnels.]]
* SeriesGoal: To find the missing foster parents and learn why they disappeared.
* StoryArc: Each season has a different mystery.
** Season 1: The parents' disappearance
** Season 2: Erik framed for a crime he didn't commit
** Season 3: The treasure of the Aztec pyramid
** Season 4: The Amber Oscillator, the Relatives, Miss Lucas's Academy and Anika and Oliver's birth father
