6	The original run lasted eight seasons from 2009 to 2016, with a grand total of 1583 40 or so minute episodes, which made for an hour of programming considering ad breaks (with the exception of the 90-minutes long series finale). While a continuation seemed impossible for a long time due to all of them moving to other projects (and some behind the scenes issues), a good part of the cast and writers reunited to make a ninth season, currently on air since June 23, 2022.

Then it's revealed that he only dated them out of pettiness because he was bullied as a child by Miguel Ignacio and Raul (Isabella and Charo were Miguel Ignacio and Raul's ex-wives). After his farce is revealed, he teams up with the Big Bad Claudia, because he "doesn't want to lose to those two anymore".

97	** Season 3 ends up with Gladys giving birth to her son, only for Claudia to kidnap the baby. Mariano decides not to marry Teresa and elopes with Francesca. Rafaella abandons Pepe, afraid of the idea of matrimony and the identity of Isabella's biologic parents is revealed.
98	** Season 4 ends up with the Gonzales family losing everything because of debts and being more poor that before. Doña Nelly becomes depressed and unable to accept it. Reyna finds out that Lucho is cheating on her with a third love interest. Gladys discovers that Miguel Ignacio is cheating on her and leaves with her mother and son. Grace is pregnant from Nicolas and Fernanda agrees to marry Mike, much to Joel's horror. The Pampañaupa family denounces Francesca for kidnapping their long-lost daughter and she is taken to prison. Claudia kills Mariano before he could tell the Maldini family that Leonardo is Claudia's brother. She is then captured and taken to prison, where she mocks Francesca.
99	** Season 6 ends with Grace and Nicolas reconciling after the Gonzales family reveals Rubi's true colors. They go on a romantic vacation together, but the car crashes and everything goes dark....Then, next season reveals that Grace died.
100	** Season 8 ends with the benevolent mafia boss Angel being captured by the police, and Joel is captured as well because he worked for him. Teresa and Shirley's boyfriends, Richard and Patrick die in a plane crash. Francesca kills Claudia for once and for all, but not before Claudia reveals her an AwfulTruth: Grace was alive all along, but is anmesiac.
