Despite having an illiterate mother and having the shorter end of the stick, Analyn becomes the top neurosurgeon in the Philippines with help from Dr. Robert Jose "RJ" Tanyag (Yap) and Moira (Amador) - who happens to be more of an asshole than her husband, RJ is. Analyn then meets Zoey Tanyag (Kinouchi) which is the daughter of RJ and Moira - or is she?
