3	Star wants to read the forbidden chapter of her Book of Spells, so she bugs Glossaryck until he unlocks it. However, Glossaryck gets summoned to see the Magic High Commission for an important meeting after he unlocks it but before he can show her, leaving Star to resist the temptation of reading the forbidden chapter.

5	Once at the Bureaucracy of Magic building, Glossaryck is prevented from using magic on the premises (it's the rules) and has to deal with a number of obstacles impeding his ability to attend the meeting.

8	* AbsurdlyLongStairway: With the elevator on the fritz, Glossaryck has to climb the stairs up to the top floor. Once he gets there, however, he ends up ''back on the first floor''. Turns out the stairs are on the fritz, as well.

38	* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: Glossaryck calls out Queen Moon and the other members of the Magic Council for distracting him with "red tape" and not having enough faith in him or Star.

41	* TimeOut: Hekapoo makes Rhombulus go sit in the corner after he starts a fight with Glossaryck, then kicks him out of the room when he tries to talk again.
