1	A heatwave strikes Seattle and the power goes out in the Shay's apartment, so Spencer hooks up a Norwegian air conditioner and power generator to help Carly, Sam and Freddie get through. But since the apartment is now the only place in Seattle with power and air conditioning, it ends up attracting hundreds of citizens who also want to get out of the heat.
