| 1 | * In episode 12, Karala tries to negotiate with her older sister, Harulu, to end the conflict but all she gets is humiliation where she gets a ShamefulStrip from her people. Luckily, Bes is there to save her. By the end of the episode, Karala cries that her people discarded her for siding with the humans. Bes comforts her and tells her if it's all right for him to stay with him by her side. Then, Karala embraces him. Do note that Bes is the first human who openly accepts her who she is and not as an alien unlike what the rest of the crew see about her. In fact, his first meeting with her is asking her for a date despite not knowing her. |
| 2 | ** Karala returns the favor where she and Gije rescue Bes and Cosmo who are imprisoned for not following the Earth military's orders to surrender Ideon and the Solo Ship to them. She also gets to meet Bes' parents who just visited their son's cell and outright told him that they're disowning him for bringing shame to the family. Despite that, Karala seems to think that they're still good people and tells them to leave while she takes care of Bes. |
| 3 | * Despite ending's [[EverybodyDiesEnding nature]], it actually has some rather touching moments as the dead reunite in the afterlife. Particularly Cosmo's reunion with Kitty. |
| 4 | ** Not only for the aforementioned reunion between Cosmo and Kitty above, but the spirits (from both Solo Ship and Buff Clan) who reunite in the afterlife can also finally let go of their hatred and disgust over their enemies during their life and made peace with each other, something that would have been ''impossible'' in their previous lives. |
| 5 | *** Even the spirits of Doba and Emperor Zuou seemed to show respect for Cosmo in their afterlife. Cosmo can't be help to fluster himself a bit. |
