* Although it is followed with a ''huge'' MoodWhiplash, "So to Be One of Us", with Jane playing with the Lost Boys and Peter. Although it doesn't go well at first, she eventually is shown laughing and having fun, and finally acting like a kid--which, considering that Jane is a huge BrokenBird who was forced to grow up way too fast during the Second World War, is ''very'' sweet to see.
* The scene near the end when Jane's renewed belief in fairies restores Tinker Bell to full health. Tink sees Jane crying, she smiles benevolently at the girl and gently tugs at her hair to get her attention.
* The scene with Peter giving Jane a [[https://youtu.be/R4tzZIS6vXA flying tour through Neverland]], which starts with them flying over a [[EverythingsBetterWithRainbows rainbow]] and Peter taking Jane's hand to run both their hands through it. Though Jane is initially scared, she genuinely seems to be enjoying the experience (at least until [[ClingyJealousGirl Tinker Bell]] tries to push her off of Peter [[CallBack so she'll fall]]), and Peter, for his part, does seem to be making sure she's having a good time. Peter also saves Jane from being soaked by [[CallBack the mermaids]], indicating he remembers Wendy did ''not'' like that. Considering how dismissive he was about it in the first film, it says a lot that [[CharacterDevelopment he understands now]] that it was not a pleasant experience for Wendy and doesn't want Jane to go through it.
* [[spoiler: Jane telling her baby brother about her adventures in Neverland, showing her restored faith in fairy tales and making up for her bitterness in the opening of the movie.]]
* In a similar demonstration of TookALevelInKindness, Peter stares at Jane sympathetically when he finds out why she's so desperate to go home, and when her makeshift raft sinks, he's willing to teach her to fly so she can return. Later, when he finds her again after she becomes fed with their shenanigans, Peter quickly apologizes for what they did and states they want to make her feel like she's one of them. It's quite the change compared to how dismissive he was of Wendy in the first film.
* Wendy's brief, but beautiful reunion with Peter and Tinker Bell at the end. She may have grown up, but deep down is still the girl she used to be. Tink even levitates her for a moment to let her relive the sensation she felt years ago.
