[[folder:General]]
* Alain's tendencies to have retreating strategies. During the main screen, he could say that he mapped out the exits or have completed retreat preparations. Actually becomes slightly awesome in "Faith Forsaken" when he assists in the evacuation of Grams.
* Halloween Althemia sometimes shouts ForScience when she performs a DashAttack and says "bleh" like a vampire when she rolls. Her actor's delivery is what sells them.
* After giving Ifrit a gift, he may say this as he gives you something in return:
-->''"Hey, look at Mr. Deep Pockets over here!"''
* Promoting Melody's rarity from 4 to 5 gives this line from her:
-->''"I-I did it! I'm finally a real mai--Aaaaaaah who put stairs heeeeeere?"''
* Nintendo releases Dragalia Digest for version 1.6. As Notte wraps up the presentation, [[VideoGame/FireEmblemHeroes Feh]] crashes the video with her cameo as part of a crossover announcement.
* What does this game do for April Fool's Day? Give Notte her own BulletHell shooter segment in "Notte's Slumber Shot!" The game makes it very clear that it's AllJustADream.
* Valentine's Ezelith shouts, "Behold, my genius!" when performing a DashAttack. It's the performance that sells it.
* There are times when a character says something amusing when opening a chest.
** When breaking open a chest, [[VideoGame/FireEmblemHeroes Marth]] may express surprise that they didn't need a key to open it. For FridgeBrilliance, in many Fire Emblem games, chests in map cannot be opened unless the player uses a Chest Key or have a thief with a pickpocket skill.
** Some comment that they seek something relevant to them, even if they make little sense. Veronica would hope that a Hero popped out of the chest or hope for some tea, Lin You would hope it's meat buns, Su Fang would hope for pyroblossom materials, Fleur would hope it's art supplies or a smock, Yue would hope to find meat, Gala Luca would hope there are apples, or Jiang Ziya would hope for Qilin relics.
** One of Alex's lines has her ask who would [[InexplicableTreasureChests leave their treasure out in the open]].
** One of Natalie's treasure lines has a priceless delivery.
--->'''Natalie:''' Aaaand...yoink!
** One of Chrom's treasure lines has him wish the chest was a reeking box instead[[note]]In his game of origin, it's an obtainable item that spawns Risen skirmishes[[/note]].
* When viewing the castle grounds, it is possible for Louise to call out to Lowen asking where he is while he's [[FailedASpotCheck right next to her]].
* For the 1-year anniversary, adventurers have some special voice lines. Orsem, meanwhile...
-->''"Let's celebrate by...How do you know I was going to say 'skating'?"''
* The second year of Halloween follows the anniversary's footsteps and gives adventurers special lines. Some highlights include:
** Patia preps for pranking her commander Leif. The "Charge!" at the end sells it.
** Karl wants to bring justice to prankers, but...
-->''"Wait, that's not how it works."''
** Renee threatens with a bucket of water if she doesn't get a treat.
** Emma prefers "Trick or Cheer".
** Erik threatens with "Your treats or your life", then admits he's just teasing you.
** Fritz asks about your favorite tricks...and if they involve knives.
** Su Fang recalls annoying his father with firecrackers.
** Celliera says, "[[MortonsFork Trick or Training]]! Which will it be? Getting pranked or [[TrainingFromHell one of my lessons]]?
** Zardin says he'll be trick or treating [[{{Narcissist}} as himself]]. Again.
** Ieyasu and Sazanka remark about "Trick or Treat" like it was an incantation.
** Naveed hears about the holiday and thinks they should receive jewels instead.
** Mikoto is confused by people in costume and that if he gives them candy, will they "scatter to the winds."
** Melsa's line is about wondering if she'd be any good about playing tricks on people... In the 2020 Halloween run, she'd get her Halloween skin.
* The Mercurial Gauntlet banner involves Euden and Fafnir Roy III and the banner accumulating treasure over time. At some point (roughly before the combined level of 55), Elisanne will stumble in looking ''completely bewildered'', as if wondering ''where the hell all this treasure came from,'' because according to the story, only Euden can see the treasury's guardian.
* Whenever Hanabusa gets stressed, he makes a hilarious face that looks like he's really constipated. The thing is, Hanabusa gets stressed ''very'' easily, so this face shows up everywhere. It's his portrait during quests instead of his neutral expression and he makes this face after a quest is completed.
* One home screen scene has Althemia saying to herself how everyone's around the same age. Takes a turn for the funny if the scene [[FailedASpotCheck also has]] a young adventurer (like Amane or Lowen), an elderly adventurer (like Ryozen or Cassandra), and one who could fit in the ReallySevenHundredYearsOld category (like Cleo or Mym).
* Cassandra can occasionally refer to her teammates as "youngsters" during missions...even when [[FailedASpotCheck she has teammates about as old as her or older]].
* One of Berserker's home screen lines as his ''VideoGame/MonsterHunter'' variant references the [[MemeticMutation desire sensor]][[note]]a fan term regarding how the series' RandomDrops not always giving players what they want for their gear[[/note]]. This doesn't go unnoticed by ''Monster Hunter'' veterans.
-->'''Berserker:''' The more I desire a certain material, the more it escapes my grasp!
* If your teammates are properly equipped or if an action is performed that fills a lot of the shapeshift gauge, such as destroying a Chimera's weak point, almost everybody can shapeshift at the same time. While the sight of High Midgardsormr or a tough Void Battle or such surrounded by dragons may evoke [[Awesome/DragaliaLost something else entirely]] for some, there's also something that's just almost innately comical about seeing several dragons huddled around a boss, bludgeoning it in a manner that almost appears to be a NoHoldsBarredBeatdown.
* Since Pipple's advent, he's been an invaluable ally in Flame based quests, being used for everything from the Smoldering Manticore to High Brunhilda. Since he's a [[LetsMeetTheMeat sentient vegetable]], yet still powerful enough to take down dragons, for the bosses, it'd be like fighting a potato...''[[KillerRabbit and]]'' ''[[AchievementsInIgnorance losing.]]''
* The April Fool's Day 2020 event, Wagabond Pupper, has a sandbox stage called Walkies that allows you to take pics of any adventurer with the puppy. Some examples of how people play with it.
** Durant teaching it to be his new hound.
** Mega Man training it like it's Rush.
** Pipple being jealous there's something cuter than him.
* As your bond with the puppy grows, it gives you Half-eaten Bread. The maximum amount it gives you? 123. Yep, Cygames referenced the infamous 123 Bread glitch that used to be in the game.
* Shared Skills have the controlled Adventurer perform the skill themselves instead of summoning the original character to do it, meaning some of the more ridiculous skills like Emma's Pom-Pom Pump, where the user dances with pom-poms, can be performed by anyone, from graceful ladies to manly warriors.
* The Second Anniversary Dragalia Digest starts off with Notte playing fetch with the Puppy by throwing a Squishums...only for her to [[OhCrap realize]] he brought back EVERY SINGLE DRAGON AND ADVENTURER THE GAME'S EVER RELEASED UP TO THAT POINT!! Notte ends up smushed on the camera.
* One of Notte's quotes in the home screen for the second anniversary.
--> Notte: Oh my gosh, I ate WAY too much. Someone bring me my cake pants!
* Every adventurer has their own lines about it being two years of the game being around, many of them being straightforward. Some are just naturally hilarious.
->Laxi: "Two years together. To thank you for looking after us all this time, we will terminate all outstanding enemies. <No! We will simply pledge our continued support.>\
Sylas: "Cheers to two years together. And if you see Luca, tell me so I may flee before he drags me into celebratory bellydancing."\
Louise: "Two years have passed. I'm proud of what a big boy you've become. [[ThatCameOutWrong Sorry, there's that habit again]]."\
Botan: "Two years together means I'm whipping up another treat... Wha... Hey! [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere Don't run away]]! [[LethalChef It'll be good]] [[OnceDoneNeverForgotten this time]], I swear!"\
Orion: "These past two years have been full of love, and yet I feel like I'm just getting sta... Hey! They didn't let me finish!\
Kleimann: "Wow, two years, great! May the next two years bring twice as many opportunities!"
* The official Twitter announcement of the ''VideoGame/PrincessConnectReDive'' crossover has Pecorinne about to bite into an [[TrademarkFavoriteFood onigiri]] when Pipple bounces into her hand. She gives him a hug...and then bites right into his head while he's still grinning.
* One of Notte's skills as a playable adventurer is basically a ''weaponized Notte Ball'' from the comics.
* Volk's Beast form being added as a playable dragon, results in him being in the Dragon Roost. Just the sheer fact you can give gifts to any of the members of Agito is amusing.
** The one thing that might be funnier than that is having Chronos Nyx in your Dragon Roost, especially given the trouble he's caused for Euden in two previous events.
* Surtr has an ability called Daybreak Restoration that causes everything other than normal-form basic attacks to hurt the user. While not exactly conducive of getting the quest done, one might have trouble resisting the urge to laugh at the schadenfreude of [[ComplacentGamingSyndrome Lapis or Gala Chelle]] mulching themselves with their [[MoreDakka force strikes]].
* Gala Emile is unique in that his dragondrive triggers an attack instead of a SuperMode. What's the attack? Mercury hitting Emile (and the enemies) with a massive wave! Guess old grudges die hard.
* If Halloween Laxi's health gets critically low, there will occasionally be a pretty humorous moment between her and Mascula.
-->'''Laxi:''' [[SkewedPriorities My costume is damaged]]...\
'''Mascula:''' [[SuddenlyShouting AND YOUR BODY!]]
* The Kaleiodoscape has a couple of amusing quirks:
** One of the possible bosses you can face? The Sunrise Snapper. Yes, ''that damn fish'' from "A Clawful Caper". Also, unless you're really bad, it's a hilariously easy boss fight.
** Healers turned out to be [[GoddamnBats one of the more annoying enemies to deal with.]] An update added a new combat arena floor type that is ''nothing but healers'', which are not only all healing each other, but spamming ranged attacks between heals. The devs noticed how annoyed everyone was with the healers and decided to troll the playerbase with them!
* As part of the Primal Dragon Trials, the Primal Greatwyrms summon shadow clones of various adventurers in their respective element to attack. One of the shadows Primal Mercury can summon is of Pipple, who... runs around like a headless chicken without actually attacking in any way.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Character stories]]
* Elisanne just doesn't want to admit that her hobby is collecting cute animal dolls.
** Speaking of Elisanne, her New Years variant story is just hilarious from start to finish. She ends up getting caught under the effects of what is basically a Mystical New Years fortune cookie and finds herself being "Bunlucky" with events such as her getting her ponytail caught on fire and jumping in the water to douse it, only to nearly drown before Luca saves her. The big kicker though, is when Euden is suddenly entranced with her and starts acting all SickeninglySweethearts while talking about her, which earns EVERYONE the absolute fury of Mym who rampages in dragon form. And all of this is capped off by Elisanne going to see Seimei for an exorcism, only to learn that it was AllADream... because that's EXACTLY what the fortune said as well. The real kicker though? The "Bunlucky" part of the fortune refers to MATILDA of all things, as her stuffed bunny friend shows up EVERY time something happenes to her, causing her to freak out and start accusing Matilda of being a "foul fluffy demon." The end shot even has [[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou Matilda WINK to the player.]]
* When Luca and the Prince set out to gather food in Luca's story, the Prince finds chuckleberries, which cause one to laugh uncontrollably upon consumption. That gave Luca the idea to bake them in a pie as a prank. This backfires when Sarisse orders him to [[HoistByHisOwnPetard test the food before serving]].
* The heroes meet Orsem when he beats them to a purse snatcher they're pursuing. Upon catching the thief, [[LargeHam he dramatically declares (to the thief, since he's the only one listening) that he's an adventurer who travels the world to]] [[MundaneMadeAwesome promote the ideals of ice skating.]] The thief's stunned response?
-->"I know those words, but they don't make sense in that order."
* Edward shows up on your castle's doorstep to offer service as a butler out of nowhere. Cleo and Ranzal suggest the Prince to take him in on the spot, only to quickly make themselves scarce when Edward starts bossing them around the castle like a strict secretary.
* Chapter 2 of Yue's story has her challenge Ranzal to an eating contest. The two of them eat so much (a week's worth of food) that Cleo sends them out shopping only for them to go hunting instead and getting attacked by fiends. When they get back, Cleo punishes them for not doing as told by saying they would have to go without dinner. After that, Ranzal offers to Yue eating out on him. Hearing this, Yue declares they could [[BrickJoke finish their eating contest]] all while Ranzal cries that he doesn't have that kind of money.
* Estelle's introduction. Having a priest threatening Euden based on a rumor of indecency with woman in castle is hilarious enough. But what's even more funny are Cleo and Elisanne's ''curious'' reaction to Euden's response:
-->'''Euden''': "[[OpenMouthInsertFoot There's nothing special between Cleo or Elisanne and myself. We're just friends.]]"\
'''Cleo & Elisanne''': ...?!\
'''Cleo''': "Hmph. Is that so?"\
'''Elisanne''':"Nothing...special...? I...I see..."\
'''Euden''':"Did the temperature just drop...?"
* During the second part of her story, Ranzal asks Xania if she can do party favors since he wants to impress the crowd. She says that she doesn't, but offers to have him do animal impressions, and makes him imitate a frog. Cue Ranzal ribbiting away.
* In his story, Rawn quickly sees the Prince as a friend as the latter is friends with a bear. By bear, he meant Ranzal, to Ranzal's dismay.
** Later on in Rawn's story, he tries to imitate Notte by... hopping around attempting to simulate her flight.
* The castle story Plunder Pals focuses on Maribelle, Notte, and Karina trick-or-treating around the castle. The pranks they perform include:
** The group pilfering the food Vice and Xainfried were cooking for dinner.
** Maribelle fiddling with Ryozen and Raemond's game of chess and preventing Raemond's checkmate.
** Notte interfering with Verica's fortune-telling for Philia.
** Karina [[LookBehindYou distracting Estelle with word of the Prince in costume]] so the group can avoid Estelle's Loving Hand.
* Lucretia's story starts as an escalation of laughter. Her first episode has her quitting her singing career while hoping to help the prince in some way. Except she didn't formally quit her career, she kept her scheduled appearances open and [[LockedOutOfTheLoop left her orchestra partners hanging]]. Her second episode has her causing extreme amounts of disaster in doing chores because [[ShelteredAristocrat her servants were the ones doing them in her life]], causing Cleo to ban her from doing any more chores.
* Near the end of Zace's story he admires Elisanne from a distance and mutters "How beautiful" under his breath. Notte and Ransal overhear this and tell Zane he should tell her his feelings. He's rejected and when asked what he said he said that he admired qualities of Elisanne's ''skeleton''! He then compliments Notte's coccyx, which is her BUTT. When Notte demands where he saw her naked he says clothes are no obstacle in him admiring another person's bones creeping Notte out.
* In final episode of Alex's story, she takes in orphans from the streets to try and give them better live in Halidom. Upon arrival, Ranzal and Luca play with children that arrived previously by pretending to be fiends coming to steal food.
-->'''Ranzal & Luca''': (getting picked on by the children) "They're too strong! They got us! Noooo!"\
'''Elder Orphan Brother''': "What are those [[ManChild weirdos]] doing?"
* Odetta getting excited over new things she hasn't seen before in Halidom, including... ''[[TerribleArtist Cleo]][='s=] [[BrickJoke painting]]'' from Cleo's own story episode. The Sylvian keeper can't help but questions why is it suddenly there.
* Philia believes in the concept of fate, so much so that she falls into LoveAtFirstSight when she bumped into the Prince by accident and follows him everywhere. Naturally, the Prince tries to avoid her one morning by heading out on patrol early... except that a bird came down on Philia's shoulder, giving her a hint of where he is.
* Renee's story proves to have a share of amusement.
** Part 2 of Renee's Adventurer story has her volunteer to help Estelle watch over Pia and Maribelle. At first, she manages to win them over to where they call her their big sister, which she grows to like. However, the moment Estelle tells Maribelle to behave or she would be haunted by ghosts, Renee panics, causing them all to realize she is afraid of ghosts. This also causes Pia and Maribelle to start calling her their little sister instead, which embarrasses Renee greatly.
** Part 3 has Renee desperately trying to get Ramona out of bed. When Rena comes in to offers tea to wake her up, Renee finds out she put salt in it. Turns out, when they aren't working the Smithy, Renee is the responsible sibling of the three.
** Part 4 has her get Aoi to teach her how to be a ninja. She is unable to pull off [[EpicFail the very first technique Aoi shows herfor even a second]].After that, she requests something other than a ninja technique, so Aoi offers elemental escape arts. Renee struggles understanding the instructions due to Aoi telling them with sounds rather than words, but she manages to not only perform the skill well, she also amazes Aoi with how well she uses the water part of the technique (which as Renee points out, makes sense that one would be the easiest for her as her element is water). In fact, Aoi is so impressed that she wants to turn Renee into a full ninja. Renee refuses, but it is later shown that Aoi refuses to give up, stalking her constantly which gets on Renee's nerves.
** For the most part, the final chapter is actually rather wholesome with Everybody from the previous chapters helping Renee forge ten weapon orders after Ramona and Rena fall sick. While Renee is most appreciative of their help, she still finds it humiliating when Pia and Maribelle treat her like a child. Estelle's explanation doesn't make it any better.
* Gala Mym's adventurer stories have her [[ImagineSpot fantasizing about a married life with the prince]]. The rest of the main cast stand in for various other characters, like "Groom's Friend", "Vendor", and "Horse". Her delusions also begin with [[ThisIsAWorkOfFiction a disclaimer that everything is made up]], and even that gets a bit short with each subsequent episode.
** The first chapter sets the bar for hilarity with the imagined wedding ceremony, with Cleo as the Priest, Notte as the Groom's Mother, Luca and Elisanne as the Groom's Friends, and Ranzal as the Horse. The Groom's Mother expresses how she might like the bride more than her "own child" while the Groom's female Friend [[ClingyJealousGirl vehemently objects to the union]] and expresses her RAAAAAAAAAGE! Mym seems to not notice her rage and is instead worried that there's no bouquet of flowers to throw, using the Groom's male Friend as a substitute and throws him at her. Euden then gushes that he has a wife that hurls his friends around the room.
** The second episode has Mym imagine her and Euden's honeymoon together ''in a searing volcano.'' Mym declares that she brought her swimsuit along, but every time she tries to show it off, she gets interrupted, first by an annoying Vendor (Notte), then two women who try to flirt with Euden (Cleo and Elisanne), and ''then'' two men (Luca and Ranzal) who flirt with Mym, with the latter enraging her enough to smash them into a TwinkleInTheSky.
** The third episode has Mym imagine her and Euden's home life together. Despite Mym's cooking of [[CordonBleughChef slime salad with a cup of very hot mayonnaise on top]], Euden declares it as an incredibly delicious dish. Then as Mym goes to pick up some meat from the shop, the butcher (Ranzal) is so smitten with her at first glance that he attempts to molest her on the spot, prompting Euden to suddenly run in and knock the butcher out. Mym is still so deep in her fantasies, that when the actual Ranzal approaches her, she screams in rage and ''smashes him across the room,'' leaving the poor guy wondering what the hell he even did.
** The fourth episode has Mym imagine... some drama involving ObnoxiousInLaws? By this time, the disclaimer has started to get tired of repeating its spiel that it simply goes "This is Mym's imagination, nothing is real, yadda yadda yadda". The drama involves Mym's nitpicky mother-in-law (Notte) who insults her cleaning skills, her senile grandfather (Ranzal) who accuses her of trying to steal his fortune, and her gambling sister-in-law (Cleo) who repeatedly takes Mym's money without returning it. Mym struggles and clings to hope that her darling is still with her... and then she sees him having an affair with his secretary (It's Elisanne, unsurprisingly...)! And ''then,'' in walks the ''criminal boss and his lackey'' (Luca and Sarisse), here to collect Euden's many debts, then settles to sell Mym herself to pay it off, until Euden suddenly has a change of heart and knocks the two criminals out. Just like last time, Mym is still so engrossed in her fantasies, that when the actual Elisanne approaches her, she chases the poor woman in a screaming rage.
** Finally, the fifth episode has Mym imagine her ''children'' with Euden. The disclaimer has now completely given up on logic and just snarks "This is Mym's imagination. Okay? Okay." Mym's first child (Elisanne) catches and presents a huge fiend to her mother, the second and third children (Cleo and Luca) end up arguing, and then the fourth child (RANZAL?! Really?!) is a crying baby. Mym desperately wants to have children with Euden, but Midgardsormr and Mercury ''very'' bluntly shut her down. It takes a heartwarming turn at the end, where she realizes that the world they live in and fight to protect ''is'' basically their child.
* The first chapter of Nurse Aeleen's story proves that her choice to PursueTheDreamJob as a nurse doesn't affect her alter ego in the slightest. She desires to support from the sidelines, only to find herself clobbering a fiend in true Aeleen fashion while tending a patient, to the others' surprise.
* The second part of Yulong's dragon story ends in a non-sequitur, with Xuan Zang calling out Wu Kong for [[UnreliableNarrator making up the story that was told about the dragon]].
-->'''Yulong''': ...Wu Kong! How dare you distort the tale of how I met Xuan Zang!
-->'''Wu Kong''': Eh, my version was close enough.
-->'''Yulong''': It was no such thing!
-->'''Xuan Zang''': What an interesting tale. Is that truly how you think of me, Wu Kong?
-->'''Wu Kong''': Ack! Master! You...heard that?
-->'''Xuan Zang''': I certainly did. Now answer me.
-->'''Wu Kong''': I...um... Run awaaaaaay!
-->'''Xuan Zang''': Get back here, Wu Kong!
-->'''Yulong''': Er, so we are clear, everything he just said was nonsense.
* At the third episode of Veronica's adventurer story, the Prince and Luca both try to make Veronica feel better after hearing she has an elder brother. They are quite devastated on how their attempts that usually were effective on their own sisters had no effect on her. In a desperate attempt, Luca had this to say:
-->'''Luca:''' Alfonse! You're ALSO an older brother, right? Because in that case, it's time for a Triple Brother Offensive!\
'''Alfonse:''' It's true that my sister is younger than I, but... Er...
* Chapter 2 of Gala Cleo's story has her training her stamina, but it turns out she's quite weak. She nearly passes out running 3 laps around the Halidom...out of 100. Ranzal then instead offers her a jump rope, but she gets tangled up in it doing ONE. Elisanne offers to help her with calisthenics, but she ends up with a charlie horse on her third one.
* Part 1 of Maritimus's Halloween story contains these highlights:
** Maritimus wants to prep for Halloween, but due to the work involved, he wishes there's three more of him. In comes the Terrible Trio, consisting of three mini Maritimuses, [[DynamicEntry crashing through a window]].
** Once the prep begins, the story makes note of a missing marshmallow, and insists that the reader must not tell, implying that someone snuck in a little snack.
* Episode 1 of Mitsuhide's adventurer story has the three wyrmclan leaders revealed at that point discussing matters over tea. Ieyasu poses a question regarding what makes a quality for a ruler. Nobunaga's response? The strength to guide the people. Ieyasu's? Unwavering rightousness. Mitsuhide's? [[LazyBum Chilling out]].
* Part 2 of Mini Hildy's Dragon Story says how Zodiark showed Euden baby pictures of her, and it was one when she kicked down Mars' sandcastle.
* Part 2 of Mini Mercs' story shows what she does when the lights are off for the night: [[GamerChick play video games]]!
* In the first chapter of Mascula's story, Laxi expresses relief to having her vocal circuits to herself now that Mascula can talk through his own body. In response, Mascula [[{{Troll}} starts using Laxi's voicebox]] to let her know that he will still use her vocal circuits when he needs to.
---> '''[=Mascula=]:''' Tch. If you're going to be like that...\
'''[=Laxi=]:''' ▷I'm happy to keep talking out of this body instead.◁ No. You have your own body now. From now on, only talk from there. ▷Nope. If the need arises, I'm still using your vocal circuits!◁
* Summer Euden's Adventurer Story has Mym and Siren convince him to start up a BoyBand and they hold auditions. The auditions involve [[BladeEnthusiast Fritz]] doing his knife tricks and Zardin being, well, [[TheDandy Zardin]]. Summer Ranzal comes in to audition but he doesn't make the cut. The four that do make the cut to join the band are Luca, Ieyasu, Norwin and Leonidas, and they are the Summer Sizzlers.
** Also in this story, Siren, ''in her exact words,'' tells them to "turn those fans into STANS". Cue confusion.
--->'''[=Summer Sizzlers=]:''' What's a "stan"...?
* The first half of Summer Cat sith's dragon story is told from her perspective detailing her time on the beach. Partway, she gets interrupted by a crab skittering near her, [[EekAMouse causing her to freak out]].
* Gala Emile's first chapter reinforces his [[ButtMonkey status]] among the Alberian Royal Family. Sure, being poisoned and literally sent downstream is a nasty thought, but when he comes to it's one slice of [[LaserGuidedKarma karmic]] HumblePie after another, half of which is at the hands of his rescuer, the [[Recap/DragaliaLostElementaryEscapades hot teacher]] better known as the Waterwyrm.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Wyrmprints]]
* The 5-star wyrmprint "[[ThePrankster Luca's Prank]]" depicts Luca tricking Eleonora into opening a chest containing a fiend. The refined version has her chase him.
* "His Clever Brother" is about a young Prince Euden asking for knowledge from Emile who delivers answers while taking compliments from Euden with pride. However, it twists when Euden asks why the sky is different colors in the sky, which causes Emile to deliver obviously incorrect answers such as dragons making the sky blue during the day and dividing the times up for other colors. Eventually, [[KnowNothingKnowItAll he just uses dragons as the answer to everything]] before telling Euden no more questions.
* The "Hitting the Books" wyrmprint sees [[BookDumb Brunhilda]] attempting to study in a library. Skipping forward two uncaps later and [[RageQuit said library is on fire]].
* "A Maddened Master" has Xuan Zang catching Wu Kong having broken her plates and scaring sheep. He claims a fiend did it, only for Xuan Zang [[WhenSheSmiles to start smiling]], scaring Wu Kong. She then delivers the punishment of him having to [[CoolAndUnusualPunishment write a three thousand page apology while being locked in a shrine or having a boulder on his back]].
* The wyrmprint "Such High Spirits!" has Maritimus lounging while the Terrible Trio makes a sandcastle. In the background is Ebisu fishing from the dock...[[FunnyBackgroundEvent and falling over after snagging a big one in the refined version]].
* The "Rivalry of Kings" wyrmprint is this for the sheer implication that Leonidas, the Lord of Valkaheim, has Xander for a StockShonenRival as well as the massive amounts of HoYay it made.
* During "A Voracious Visitor," one of the Wyrmprints up for sale was "Meanwhile in Landosol" which has Pipple being the one taking Pecorine's place. The first vestige has him clinging onto Karyl's tail. The second vestige has him [[HereWeGoAgain throwing himself into the soup]] despite Karyl trying to keep him out and Kokkoro realizing he wants to be eaten. Karyl tells him he's glad Pecorine's not here, while he just takes that as "Challenge accepted."
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Main Story]]
* After the Prince forms a pact with Brunhilda, the Flamewyrm decides to [[VoluntaryShapeshifting transform into a more fitting form]] for her new pact bearer: [[MsFanservice an incredibly attractive woman]] that immediately flirts with the Prince. [[CluelessChickMagnet The Prince]] is completely dumbfounded by this, as is the rest of the party.
** One of extra mission nodes has Notte talking with Brunhilda about the Prince's boundless kindness. Cue Brunhilda faking injuries out loud, only for the Prince to drop by and instruct Cleo to heal her. Then Cleo gives Brunhilda a pair of Prince's old gloves to 'heal her wounded heart'.
** A little bit later you find out a little gem about Dragons. They are not suppose to shapeshift like that and no one understands why Brunhilda can.
** Some months after the game's release, [[HilariousInHindsight Brunhilda became a playable adventurer]].
* During a side episode of Chapter 9, Cleo obtains a bag containing a dress that she tried on for Chelle's party. She gets two {{Imagine Spot}}s about what it would be like to be of nobility...only for her servitude mannerisms to interfere. The first one has her at a table full of food with her attendant...with the food served in front of her to be her own cooking. The second has her talking down to what she called "trash"...which happens to be actual trash.
* Despite how the confrontation in Chapter 14 wound up being [[TheUnfought anticlimactic]], there is something amusing in witnessing how the great and powerful Morsayati easily being foiled by [[CreepyChild Beren]], who proceeded to hijack the possession ritual and absorb the demon into him and claiming his power for his own. And as Phares puts it, the being that once instilled fear and terror into Alberia being reduced into a simple tool to be used.

[[folder:Events]]
* [[HalloweenEpisode Trick or Treasure]] sees some shenanigans, including:
** Luca and Ranzal going trick-or-treating, although they were too early according to Cleo.
** Althemia trying to deliver a pumpkin...and crashes.
** The ending shows that Emile was the one who painted the symbol that draws in the fiends. It does cause problem for sure, but the mental image of a noble prince resorting to childish graffiti pranks can comes off as hilariously pathetic.
*** Emile even tries to paint another sigil to attract more fiends... only to accidentally spill the ink on Silke's Halloween costume. [[NeverMyFault He goes on to berate her, claiming she got in his way,]] but Silke gets rightfully angry because her costume, the one her Prince complimented on, got tainted, thus she magically punts Emile [[ATwinkleInTheSky as he becomes naught but a twinkle in the night sky.]]
* ''The Miracle of Dragonyule''
** The event, which began at the end of 2018, begins with Euden planning for new year festival only for Xander to blow the funding on a statue of himself. The reaction from Cleo and Nefaria says it all.
** Jeanne D'Arc wounds up wearing a cute dress by getting dragged into it by Mym. Jeanne is clearly flustered by her fellow dragon's insistence to celebrate Dragonyule.
* Shishimai's entrance during his raid boss battle. He leaps around the edge of the ring before dropping into the arena. He opens his mouth, and instead of a roar, a deep voice booms "Let the games begin!".
* In Accursed Archives, Curran is shown to flub up some quotes [[RunningGag constantly]]. One notable messup has him say "...just like beauty, heretics is in the eye of the [[{{Malaproper}} buttholder]]."[[labelnote:*]]instead of "beholder"[[/labelnote]] That didn't go unnoticed by Notte, who [[HehHehYouSaidX lampshaded his goof]].
** The best of this is the voiced quote on the home screen during the Stirring Shadows event after unlocking the last story scene, where he mangles his quote ''twice over''. "No need to thank me, Lathna; a man worth his pepper[[labelnote:*]]instead of "salt"[[/labelnote]] always helps a damsel in this dress[[labelnote:*]]instead of "in distress"[[/labelnote]]."
* Fire Emblem: Lost Heroes: When Alfonse tells the Prince's group about Loki and how she is a MasterOfDisguise, Ranzal assumes she has an extravagant wardrobe of wigs and assorted disguises. Note that Loki is a rather busty woman, and she was found masquerading as the prepubescent Veronica, making Ranzal's guess look very farfetched.
* In "A Splash of Adventure," the group push a large boulder that leads them into the dragon Erasmus's cave. When he asks how they moved his boulder, Ranzal says they pushed the boulder only for the dragon to be surprised they used physical strength and not use the secret button.
-->'''Notte:''' THERE WAS A [[BuffySpeak MAGIC MOVER SWITCH]] THIS WHOLE TIME?!
* "Mega Man Chaos Protocol" brings quite a few nods to the ''Franchise/MegaMan'' series. Even Dr. Wily's begging-for-forgiveness pose gets carried over, both in his battle once he's defeated and in a collectible sticker!
* In "Monster Hunter: Primal Crisis", during the battle against Fatalis, Notte tries to give a cheer. Key word being "tries." And ''bless'' her little heart, she tries her best to make it sound like a proper cheer.
-->'''Notte:''' You can do it, yes you can! If you can't do it, we're all... dead!
* ''Nadine and Linnea's United Front'' is basically the two titular girls getting into wacky hijinks as they defend a local lake from the Empire. Nadine's method of "torturing" a captured Imperial captain in particular is an absolute ''riot'' - after he declares that he won't break under torture, she takes a picture of him, and edits the pic to make him look {{Moe}}. He ''genuinely likes it''... But when she tells him that she'll show it to everyone else, including his own men, he spills the beans rather than risk the utter annihilation of his dignity.
* "Forgotten Truths": Ilia--as an alchemist--constructed a means to tap into a conversation between Augus and his henchmen. When she first starts it up, she hears a pair of aristocratic lovers instead.
* The initial home screen for ''Cursed Connections'' has Elisanne complain about suspicious people sniffing about the Halidom right after new years... While on the same screen, Kuzunoha is ''literally sniffing around''.
* During "Caged Desire," even when Ryuji, aka Skull, isn't around, Mona still manages to get a SitcomArchNemesis in Luca. The antics are present in Mona's adventurer story as well, with Luca wanting to prioritize food over mapping routes in the first episode.
* The introductory text for ''"Elementary Escapades"'' is from Emile's perspective. His reaction to how the Halidom infiltrates the school he sets up...
--> '''Emile''': Hold on a moment. Those children look oddly familiar... Why, it's that muscle-bound oaf and the protective sister! They just BECAME children? They can do that?!
** The actual start of the event itself involves the Halidom residents finding out about said school. Louise objects ''furiously'' to the idea of sending in the children as spies, which Euden assures her they won't do, so they decide to figure out how to have the adults infiltrate the school disguised as kids. And then [[ForScience Sinoa]] comes in with a proposal on an experiment to [[StuffBlowingUp turn the adults into kids with an alchemical explosion]]. HilarityEnsues and the fourth wall weeps.
--->'''Louise''': Kids, [[DontTryThisAtHome don't try this at home]].
** Even the skip narrator is appalled by Emile's antics.
--->''Emile has built academies across Dyrenell, but to what vile end? We follow our heroes on their quest for answers to the very heart of the... Oh. I'm being told the main campus is just across the border. [[ThisIsGonnaSuck Lovely]]. We follow them there.''
** When Emile and one of his soldiers talk about something that demonstrates the Dyrenell Empire's might, Mercury, Ranzal and Louise are rightfully worried about some kind of hidden superweapon. Turns out it was just a giant statue of Emile. That Ranzal subsequently defaced.
** And then there's the students' reaction to Emile learning about the damages.
--->'''Together''': Criiiiiinge...
** The end comes all too soon. Having been temporarily alchemically induced, Ranzal and Louise grow back up. [[NakedPeopleAreFunny Their clothes don't.]]
--->'''Notte''': We can't show any of this! [[BreakingTheFourthWall Quick, somebody put up the thing! HURRY!!]]\
''(fade to black followed with THE END card coming up)''\
'''Mercury''': And they lived happily ever after.\
'''Together''': WE MOST CERTAINLY DIDN'T!!
** Also, about this event. For some reason, having first occurred in this event, if Auto Battle is turned on, the lead character is from the ''VideoGame/Persona5Strikers'' collab, said lead will do nothing but summon their Persona over and over and over again (and bypass the usual cooldown). While it is a bug, it is as funny as it sounds, and the nigh-constant supply of I-Frames is a nice bonus.
* ''Rage of Chronos'', despite being a direct sequel to an event that is known for being incredibly serious, is... Much less so, most of the time, thanks to the adorably silly Vania and Grimnir being a nerd who regularly fumbles his attempts to be cool. It gets to the point during a dramatic scene where the main party resolves to hold off Chronos in order for Grimnir to complete an important task...
--> '''Grimnir''': Oh man... Ohhh man, this is getting so good... I LOVE STUFF LIKE THIS!\
'''Notte''': PULL IT TOGETHER, NERD!
* ''Faith Forsaken'':
** Part 1: When Regina uses a hologram to communicate with the apostles, she informs them that it only works one way, so she can't hear what they're saying. Nevin immediately starts calling Regina insulting names, which is followed by Regina telling Pinon that if [[TheTapeKnewYouWouldSayThat Nevin is calling her names]], she is to inform her so she can give Nevin an especially obnoxious mission.
-->'''Nevin:''' ''"Neeeerd! Workaholic! Shrimpy weirdo!"''
** Part 2: When the apostles are tasked to show their feelings to their angels after their HeroicSacrifice to bring them BackFromTheDead, everyone had heartfelt speeches for their angel... except Faris, who threatens to give Uriel a failing grade if he fades away.
* ''Operation: At Your Service'' proves that ''any'' event revolving around Emile is bound to be utterly hilarious. Edward, Pia and Humanoid Zodiark infiltrate Emile's holiday home as servants in order to figure out why he's suddenly being ''polite and appreciative towards his own subordinates and servants''.
** The whole thing ''starts'' with Saboa (the armored assistant to Emile who showed up back in the Persona 5 Strikers event) begging for help from the Halidom as something is wrong with Emile. Nobody believes him until he mentions Emile has been ''[[OOCIsSeriousBusiness acting genuinely nice]]''.
** Emile's head butler is... Incredibly enthusiastic about his job. That's not the ghosts doing it, that's just how he usually is.
** Edward reveals there are a whole suite of butler techniques, including the "Adorbs Devotion Beam", used to get rid of evil spirits. Later, it turns out ''it works''. Zodiark and Pia learn to master it to get rid of the ghosts. They get an entire CG image of this happening, where they form a heart with their hands. Sure, it makes sense for the adorable Pia, but the sight of the ''Shadowwyrm'' doing it while as a BadassInANiceSuit and the ever-serious and dutiful Edward doing it makes the whole thing a riot.
** Emile was never possessed or even was aware of the ghosts or can even perceive them. He was ''vigorously studying self-help books'', and unwittingly let loose a ghost infestation in his basement in the process. [[NoGoodDeedGoesUnpunished He was genuinely trying to self-improve, and our heroes ruined his plans!]] Granted, [[ItsAllAboutMe his motives]] were much less noble...

[[folder:Adventurer's Guide]]
* #1 details the element system and uses Euden and Elisanne as an example by pointing out that Elisanne would [[CurbStompBattle effortlessly destroy Euden]]. The way Notte drew it out on the chalkboard, [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything with Elisanne sitting on top of Euden's back while he's on all fours with a dominant grin on her face]], prompted a scandalized Elly to break the board and shouting she would never do such a thing.
* #10 has Notte find out that Euden hasn't linked his progress to his Nintendo account and demands him to do so before it's too late. Euden says he'll have plenty of time just before witnessing Luca getting his phone eaten by a dragon. Upon which, Luca reveals he didn't even know about linking, resulting in Euden immediately linking his account. Following text says "[[SpaceWhaleAesop Link your save to a Nintendo account and protect your data from hungry dragons]]".
