''Save Your Legs!'' is a 2012 Australian comedy film. It follows the story of Edward "Teddy" Brown and his two mates on a Melbourne cricket team, who travel to India for a tour.

Edward 'Teddy' Brown lives for his suburban UsefulNotes/{{cricket}} club and his two best friends, Rick and Stavros. But when he realizes that his beloved team mates are moving on and growing up, he's forced to take matters into his own hands and remind them of just how good cricket can be. Rallying a boyhood dream and his own teenage obsession, 35 year old Teddy leads his very ordinary cricket team into the extraordinary heart of India, on an audacious three match tour and a mission to meet cricketing legend, Sachin Tendulkar. While Ted's best-laid plans are brought undone by the chaos of India, stumps fly, friendships fray and a life-changing comic adventure unfolds. The dream tour becomes a nightmare and the men are forced to face the realities of their friendship, confront their fears and Ted learns to move with the changing times.

* BasementDweller: Not with his parents, but Teddy is living in Stavros' garage, much to Stavros' wife's disgust.
* DodgyToupee: The Indian cricket official wears a ginger one that fools no one.
* EruditeStoner: The Prince, 'the Guru of the Googly', who delivers philosophical insights on life through the prism of cricket metaphors. He is also heavily into the drug scene in India.
* {{Fanboy}}: Teddy Brown is a UsefulNotes/{{Cricket}} fanboy, and in particular of legendary Indian player Sachin Tendulkar. His entire life revolves around cricket, with him working a cricket centre. As a teenager he sneaked into the Indian dressing room during a test match in Melbourne and stole Tendulkar's box from his gear bag. As an adult, he tricks his boss into sponsoring his extremely average suburban team on a tour of India, where he hopes to meet Tendulkar.
* IntoxicationEnsues: Teddy's mates decide he needs to relax and feed him a yoghurt drink laced with hash. Unfortunately, they do this just before he has a dinner meeting with the team sponsor, the local cricket official and his love interest.
* OneLastFieldTrip: Teddy realises that his friends are growing up and that cricket is not as important to them as it once was, and so he organises a tour of India as one last chance for him to live his childhood dream.
* PottyEmergency: Happens to Teddy when he comes down with a bad case of Delhi Belly after eating Indian food.
* ShallowLoveInterest: The only personality traits Anjali displays are her interest in Teddy, and her love of cricket (although the latter does play a role in the film's resolution). Tellingly, she is a character created for the dramatization, and had no equivalent in the real world events that inspired the film.
* SeriousBusiness: D Grade suburban cricket is this to Teddy and Colin. For the rest of the team, not so much.
* SmallNameBigEgo: Stavros derives an immense sense of entitlement from being the Anglers' best player; so much so that he only shows up at half the matches.
* SpontaneousChoreography: The SuddenMusicalEnding both cricket teams erupt into a Bollywood style dance number. Granted one team is being captained by a Bollywood actor, and presumably has other Bollywood types in the team. The Aussies? Not so much.
* SuddenMusicalEnding: The film ends with a Bollywood song and dance number, despite not having been a musical up to this point.
* ThrowingTheMatch: Mark deliberately throws the match against the toymakers.
