3	Katherine Elaine "Kath" Soucie (born February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress from UsefulNotes/{{New York City}}, [[UsefulNotes/NewYorkState New York]]. She began her career in UsefulNotes/NewYorkCity as a theatre actor, followed by featured roles in episodic television and movies of the week, out of UsefulNotes/LosAngeles.

5	Endowed with [[ManOfAThousandVoices a natural talent for voices and characterizations]], she became one of the top voiceover actors in TheNineties, one of the highest paid in the industry, and is still working today. Her professionalism and versatility have created a steady demand for her talents.

7	Following the enormous success of Creator/{{Paramount}}'s animated feature film ''WesternAnimation/TheRugratsMovie,'' she then started recording her roles of Phil, Lil and Betty in the theatrical sequel, ''WesternAnimation/RugratsInParis.''
