A group of mercenaries comprised of the six most dangerous people in the world. Six was a member before joining Providence in hopes of finding a cure for his master, One, who is slowly turning into a full E.V.O..

[[folder:Tropes they all share]]
* YouAreNumberSix: None of them have revealed their real names. Their alias/code names are word plays of their rank within the group according to how dangerous they are.
* AsskickingLeadsToLeadership: Averted. They are ranked by who is the most dangerous, not who is the best fighter. [[spoiler: Six can actually beat Dos, Trey, IV, and Five, even faring very well against all four at once. But he has more of a conscience than they do and so does not qualify as more dangerous.]]
* BadassNormal: They may not be E.V.O.s but they are skilled enough to fight one such as Rex. Being the most dangerous person on the planet will make you this.
* ColorCodedForYourConvenience: One is red (though that may only be the color of his EVO form), Dos is yellow/gold, Trey is blue, IV is brown and white, Five is pink, and Six is green.
* DysfunctionJunction: 2-6 do not get along well, it's implied the trouble with One has left them strained.
** Five is constantly annoyed by Trey, who seems to be happy to sometimes mess with her intentionally in return.
** IV is bitter towards everyone else.
** Six is treated as almost a traitor for leaving, and in return seems to hold some disdain for the others.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: All of them except for Trey who doesn't use any weapons at all.
** Especially IV who, for some reason, is able to control the bandages that he's wrapped in.
* NoodleIncident: Several are mentioned, all apparently missions where someone messed up or didn't contribute like they were expected to.

* AscendedToAHigherPlaneOfExistence: [[spoiler:Implied after he had willingly died and the once-barren land of the volcanic island began to bloom with vegetation.]]
-->'''Six''': He is still One. He is just one with everything.
* CoolOldGuy: He was the most dangerous man in the world before he turned into an E.V.O. and is inferred to be the oldest of the Six.
* {{Determinator}}: Holds off from going full [=E.V.O.=] for ''five years'' on sheer willpower alone.
* ParentalSubstitute: For Six.
* SoProudOfYou: [[spoiler:To Six]].

* CaneFu: When he's not using the sword inside.
* CoolOldGuy: He's the oldest of the five we see, and the Second most dangerous man on the planet. [[spoiler:Or the most dangerous, after One's death.]]
* EyesAlwaysShut: His eyes appear to be constantly shut.
* InstantSedation: His cane has KnockoutGas, which he uses on Rex to bring him to cure One.
* NoodleIncident: He and Five had some kind of falling out in a previous mission, judging by his refusal to help her when she slips on the way up to One's house.
-->'''Dos:''' Like you lent me a hand in Buenos Aires?
* {{Spexico}}: Averted. Rex asks him if he's Mexican. He replies with "EspaƱa!"
* SwordCane: His primary weapon.

[[folder:Trey]]
[[quoteright:333:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trey.png]]

* BadassNormal: He's not an E.V.O., but he can still give Rex a good fight.
* BareFistedMonk: The only one to fight without a weapon.
* DumbMuscle: Seems to rely on brute strength and isn't the brightest bulb of the bunch.
* RaginCajun: He's got a thick Cajun accent and a love for a good row.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:IV]]
[[quoteright:333:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/iv_profile.png]]

* BandageMummy: Certainly has the appearance of one.
* DeadpanSnarker: just a few moments.
* EmpoweredBadassNormal: Not an E.V.O., but can still manipulate his bandages at will.
* NoodleIncident: The Malaysian job. He lost a pinky finger, apparently.
* TokenMinority: The only black guy in the top 6.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Five]]
[[quoteright:333:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/five_profile.png]]

* AffablyEvil: While she is a neutral she's come into conflict with the protagonists several times, but is always pleasant about it. She seems to be the only one of the Six to actually keep in contact with Six, getting him information and encouraging his relationship with Holiday.
* BadassNormal: She's a normal human, but is still considered the fifth most dangerous woman in the world.
* InstrumentOfMurder: She fights with a guitar.
* ColorCodedForYourConvenience: pink hair, pink cloth, and a pink guitar.
* NoodleIncident: She and Dos had some kind of falling out on a previous mission, judging by his refusal to help her when she slips on the way up to One's house.
-->'''Dos:''' Like you lent me a hand in Buenos Aires?
* OopNorth: Speaks with a distinct British accent that wouldn't be out of place in London.
* ShipperOnDeck: For Six and Holiday.
* TheSmurfettePrinciple: The only female member of The Six.
* StealthHiBye: Remarkably good at it, given the pink hair and garish punk-rock outfit.
* ThirdPersonPerson: She speaks in third person.
