It is as a crossover fanfiction for ''Manga/NegimaMagisterNegiMagi'', ''VideoGame/ArcanaHeart3'', ''Touhou'', and some others. It is also a canon sequel to ''WebAnimation/PantyThiefMysteries'' It stars Sakurazaki Setsuna and Konoe Konoka from Mahou Sensei Negima as the main protagonists. The name comes from Konosetsu Radio.
