* CompleteMonster: Black Hole Bill is a nasty, psychotic piece of work. He's an assassin for hire, true. Still he goes out of his way to harm innocents, even when that interferes with or endangers his mission. He's notorious for ignoring everything else, even when he's in mortal peril, to attack any member of a race known to be ActualPacifist and incapable of violence on sight. When he's escaping Galactic Defense custody, not only does he needlessly beat one of his guards to death, for the fun of it, but he takes so long doing so that his escape ship gets identified, then to cover his tracks, he scraps said ship with the Zori AI, legally recognized '''as a child''', on board, still installed, ''and online'', whistling happily as he walked away. The mechanic of the junkyard turned himself in to Sanctuary Six out of guilt, but reveals that he complied only out of ''sheer terror'' for what Black Hole Bill would do if he didn't. There's no FreudianExcuse or prevailing "misunderstanding" to explain his behavior, and he's 100% human, who knows that what he's doing is wholly inappropriate and wrong, but he just doesn't care.
