* FunnyAneurysmMoment: Also HarsherInHindsight but Princess Kenny, who was a parody of Daenerys Targaryen during the "Black Friday" trilogy, pulls a FaceHeelTurn for no reason other than a outrageous backstory she made up in the last second and becomes the games FinalBoss which in itself many hilarious moments. That scene looses much of its humor 5 years later when Daenerys Targaryen, the character Kenny of parodying, pulls a FaceHeelTurn in "[[Recap/GameOfThronesS8E5TheBells The Bells]]" and slaughters thousands of innocent people in King's Landing

* AwesomeArt: The opening cutscene, narrated by (and starring) Cartman and hand-animated in a Creator/RalphBakshi-like style, is simply gorgeous.

* HilariousInHindsight: [[WholesomeCrossdresser Princess Kenny]]'s outfit is based on [[Franchise/TheLegendOfZelda Zelda's]] dress from ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaTwilightPrincess''. Link himself would later get the chance to crossdress in ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaTriForceHeroes'' and ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild''.

* CompletelyMissingThePoint: Rush straight through and it's just your average RPG with a combat system that rips off ''Franchise/FinalFantasy'', about 20 hours long. Since it plays like an episode of SouthPark starring you, it is ''vital'' to engage in the plot and side-quests - even more so if the player takes time to explore and search for the sheer amount of {{mythology gag}}s that were thrown in. Most people who dislike the game missed this part.

* TierInducedScrappy: There are three tiers of buddies: Butters and Kyle are top tier [[note]] Butters can heal the new kid for free, doubles as a tank, and has an attack that hits enemy columns, while Kyle has massive amounts of damage to both single and multiple targets, as well as buffing your team for free[[/note]], Princess Kenny and Stan are middle tier [[note]] Princess Kenny has a great attack for hitting an enemy row and deals better damage against lightly-armored foes, while Stan can do solid damage to an enemy target, but both become outclassed when Kyle joins[[/note]], and Jimmy and Cartman are bottom tier [[note]] Jimmy is really only useful for putting the Secret Service to sleep for BonusBoss Al Gore, and by the time Cartman is obtained, so is Kyle, who does everything Cartman does, only better, making Cartman completely useless once the achievements are obtained[[/note]].

* AlternativeCharacterInterpretation: At the end of the game, did [[spoiler: Dovahkiin leave his new friends because of how stupid they are, or because he believes that his life will just continue to cause pain and suffering to everyone around him? Or was he just fed up with being called Douchebag all the time? Or maybe he just wanted to sleep, since the two last nights were pretty eventful]]?
** [[spoiler: Another possibility is is that Dovahkiin may still be in shock from learning the fact he's been (and may still be) hunted by the government because of his friend-making talents. This revelation may have given him a lot to think about and decided to go home either to have some time alone to think about what he's learned, or to confront his parents with what he learned so he can find out more about his past.]]

* FanPreferredCouple: Some fans seem to like The New Kid/Annie Knitts.

* ThatOneBoss: The penultimate boss [[spoiler:Nazi Zombie Chef]] is a huge spike in difficulty, with great health, very powerful attacks, and immunity to many status ailments. In short, he's very nasty for a non-bonus boss.

** The abortion clinic sequence. [[spoiler: Especially the bit where the Nazi Zombie fetuses started attacking. An holocaust indeed, Butters.]]

** The [[HellIsThatNoise bells]] that you hear while [[spoiler:you're inside Mr. Slave's stomach with the snuke. It sounds a lot like the snuke's detonation is '''[[OhCrap imminent]]''']].

* SugarWiki/VisualEffectsOfAwesome: It runs on [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgeo-9aniEo the engine used for]] [[VideoGame/DungeonSiege Dungeon Siege III]]. The fact that a 3D engine was redone to accurately look like WesternAnimation/SouthPark says all.

** For a South Park game, the music is absolutely ''beautiful'' and wouldn't seem out of place in VideoGame/TheElderScrollsVSkyrim or Film/TheLordOfTheRings. Special mention goes to the track where [[http://youtu.be/JhW0qlCgn0A7 Cartman sings along with the music]].

** The [[spoiler:Nazi Zombie (sans fetus)]] dialog is completely removed in the Australian PC version. When [[spoiler:Zombie Nazi Chef]] cries out in [[spoiler:German]], the subtitle displays "---- ----!"
*** That may be universal. It's happened with at least one American PC copy as well.
*** It appears to be just that one line, at least in the U.S. version. All of the other Nazi Zombies are subtitled with "'''[speaking German]'''".

* EvilIsCool: {{Inverted|Trope}} with [[spoiler:Princess Kenny]], with this unfittingly villainous persona being far less cool than [[spoiler: Kenny's]] {{dark|IsNotEvil}}er AntiHero persona of [[spoiler: Mysterion]] from the series proper. Then again, she qualifies anyway by sheer {{Moe}}, RuleOfFunny and still being pretty {{Badass}} in her own right.

** Cartman's relationship with the New Kid can be interpreted in various ways, was Cartman genuinely trying to befriend New Kid and make him feel welcome? or was Cartman just buttering the New Kid up to make him willing to do whatever Cartman wants from him? even Kyle himself believes in the later idea. And it's not helped by the fact Cartman admitted he learned about the New Kid's arrival from Coldwell Banker, implying that not only did Cartman make considerable effort to track the New Kid's movements (Cartman the stalker, anyone?), but he may in ways have somehow known about the New Kid and his talents before the New Kid himself was even aware of them.
