* AcceptableTargets: It's pretty clear that the producers behind ''Zombies vs. Ninjas'' don't think too highly of rich people.

* RetroactiveRecognition: Emily Brundige, the creator of ''Pubertina'' would later develop ''WesternAnimation/HarveyStreetKids'' for Netflix- and yes, her artstyle has improved GREATLY since ''Pubertina''.

* FamilyUnfriendlyAesop: ''Do's and Don'ts'' pretty much lives off of deliberate examples of this.

* MostAnnoyingSound: This [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-izczapGT8Y video,]] which has [[TheScrappy Pubertina]] [[BreakTheCutie crying]] and talking between sobs on an overly long ''12 minute loop.''
** In the video above she's a wangst too considering the reception.

* TheScrappy: ''Pubertina'' was easily the most disliked cartoon in the initial lineup, to the point where it was the only show at the time to have ratings disabled due to the episodes being the ''only'' videos on ''any'' Smosh channel where the dislikes outnumber likes.
** RescuedFromTheScrappyHeap: As time went on, however, it seems to have found its audience, and reception to the Season 2 episodes seems to be a lot better.
** ''Really Freaking Embarrassing'' is also met with hatred. Possibly even more so than ''Pubertina''. So much so, in fact, that the like and dislike buttons for the final episode are disabled.
** ''Icons of Teen'' having the same effect as the above, with more people disliking than liking it.

* PacingProblems: One of the many problems with the ''Pubertina'' shorts. Characters ramble and talk over each other so often before quickly taking a PlotDetour, that it's often difficult to follow without getting confused.

* HilariousInHindsight: Episode 9 of ''Zombies vs. Ninjas'' featured Creator/DonaldTrump as a DeathSeeker due to having an iron lung. This was already [[BlackComedy pretty funny]] in context, but it's even moreso when the real-life Trump would eventually become a widely controversial figure among the public.

* AcceptableTargets: Rich people were a very frequent target in ''Zombies vs. Ninjas''.

** ''Really Freaking Embarrassing'' is also met with hatred. Possibly even more so than ''Pubertina''

* DesignatedHero: Derf of "Snowjacked". He frequently kills innocent people (and non-people), and is overall a very unpleasant person.

* EnsembleDarkhorse: Oishi High School Battle seems to be very popular (partially due to the title character's [[MostCommonSuperpower talent]]).

* AdoredByTheNetwork: Not only did Oishi High School Battle get most advertisement of all series (including a crossover with the main Smosh series). It's also so far the only series to be renewed for a second season.

* CompleteMonster: Jimmy from Do's and Don'ts
** The Black Hole from Planets, even after the incident in episode 1, season 2 has him wanting to eat baby earth.
