** Razor's Mustang GT (the car he drives before 'winning' - or rather ''sabotaging'' - the player's [=M3=] GTR) is considered by many as Razor's signature car, and for good reason. Razor himself can qualify depending on how you look at it.
** Cross is more of a(n Anti-)HeroAntagonist, but being one of Rockport PD's best drivers in a souped up and badass Corvette definitely makes him qualify as well.

** If you can get it via the markers, Ming's Lamborghini Gallardo will have you set for the rest of the game. Excellent handling, great top speed and acceleration... all without having to drop a dime on upgrades (or use your Junkman markers).
