The manga somewhat makes up for this by dedicating most of its original stories to expanding upon and exploring the main supporting cast more in depth, on top of touching upon the backstories of Amanda, Jasminka and Sucy, which the series wasn't able to do due to time constraints.

This whole incident involving the cockroach isn't mentioned again.
