NLID example is redundant with Overshadowed By Controversy example, where it actually belongs.

* SugarWiki/CrowningMomentOfAwesome: Music critics almost unanimously agree that ''Live at the Star Club, Hamburg'' is one of the best live albums '''ever'''. It'd been six years since The Killer had a hit, and he'd more or less been black-listed in America since [[KissingCousins his marriage to his cousin was revealed]], forcing him to tour abroad. Jerry firmly showed [[StillGotIt he still had it]], because he turned in a furious performance worthy of punk rock, with his backing band for the night (The Nashville Teens) barely able to keep up with him. The best part is when [[WinBackTheCrowd the enthralled audience starts chanting his name]], [[AwesomeEgo Jerry joins in]].

* NeverLiveItDown: After it was revealed he was married to his [[PaedoHunt 13-year-old]] [[KissingCousins first cousin once removed]], his career was never the same.

** ''Last Man Standing'', his 2006 album of duets. It's the rare duet album where the guests don't outshine the main star. The best song is arguably the opener, where Jerry takes "Rock N' Roll" by Music/LedZeppelin and turns it inside out, playing it like an old Sun Records classic (with Jimmy Page himself playing lead guitar in a rockabilly style). And bear in mind [[CoolOldGuy Jerry was seventy-one]] when this album came out.

* OvershadowedByControversy: See above. These days, he's less well-remembered for his music and contribution to early rock 'n' roll and is better-known for the fact that he married his underage cousin.
