** When you make a lot of videos titled "I HATE (insert topic)", there's bound to be a lot of backlash. Most noticeable when he talked about ''Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog'', [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic bronies]], and ''VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys''.
** A weird example happened with the '''I HATE MINECRAFT''' video, in which he got backlash for hating ''VideoGame/{{Minecraft}}''... even though he said outright in the video that he ''likes'' ''Minecraft'', but didn't like the overexposure of ''Minecraft'' on the internet. {{Lampshaded}} in the Comment Comeback for the video.

* PopCulturalOsmosis: The piece of stock music he frequently uses in his videos, "Local Forecast - Elevator" by Creator/KevinMacLeod, is commonly associated with him over its artist. This was lampshaded by IHE himself in his Search for the Worst review of ''Film/NotCool'', when the film uses that same piece of music in a supermarket scene.

* AuthorsSavingThrow: The video ''I HATE THE RISE OF SKYWALKER''. Many of his fans were quite disappointed that he didn’t criticize the previous Disney-era ''Franchise/StarWars'' movies (especially ''Film/TheLastJedi'') in his normal fashion way. In this video he explains that his opinions of the first two Star Wars movies in the Disney trilogy has changed since he first saw them. He also admits that he was too kind towards them and that in his video ''Star Wars: The Last Jedi - IHE'' he should have talked more about the actual movie instead of just the fan reaction which some interpreted as if he thinks TLJ is a flawless movie and cannot be criticized. He makes up for it by admitting that the respective movies, even if he liked them, ''do'' have flaws. Following is a critique of ''Film/TheRiseOfSkywalker'', a movie that has been criticized by both fans and critics alike, in his normal IHE fashion way.

* CrossesTheLineTwice: The "I HATE FUNKO POP VINYLS" video has Ihe talking about a figure of Princess Diana. He then shows the unboxed figure, when complaining about the Funko Pop's lack of a mouth. So he (crudely) draws a smile on her with a marker and says "Don't worry Princess, you can smile now! [[BlackComedy You're in heaven!]]".
* FridgeHorror: The "I HATE FUNKO POP VINYLS" video has Ihe showing the figures for Princess Diana, [[WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy Brian Griffin]] and [[Franchise/{{Cars}} Ramona]]. He claims that they're connected, which sounds like BlatantLies on first watch, [[spoiler:until one realizes that all three had a car-related death]]. Jesus Christ...
