** There's a lot of fear that this may happen with the Precure cameos, seeing as the first two cameos went from ''Anime/FutariWaPrettyCure'' (Cure Black) to ''Anime/YesPrettyCure5GoGo'' (Cure Dream), making fans fear that after ''Anime/HeartcatchPrettyCure'' (Cure Moonlight) is gonna be ''Anime/SmilePrettyCure'', thus avoiding the less-popular ''Anime/FutariWaPrettyCureSplashStar'' and ''Anime/SuitePrettyCure'' on its first gos.

It helps she has the best transformation scene in the series so far.

* HypeBacklash: The form changes. In episode 3, one finally happens as Megumi changes into [[PlayingWithFire Cherry Flamenco]], however, its only used for a single CGI attack to take out a troop of Choiarks, after which Megumi turns back into Cure Lovely, not even a finisher. Fans were expecting something along the lines of KamenRider forms, as in fighting normally with a diffrence in style (like using an element, can move faster, different weapon, etc). Instead, it runs into the exact same problems as [[Anime/HeartcatchPrettyCure Mugen Silhouette]] and [[Anime/SmilePrettyCure Princess forms]]. It is unknown if this will be the only purpose of them though, but so far the only real form changes, as the movie forms don't count, seem to be [[Anime/FutariWaPrettyCureSplashStar Cure Bright and Cure Windy]], and depending on who you ask, [[FreshPrettyCure Cure Angels]].
