Namy Gaga did not put her AU on a hiatus

* OvershadowedByControversy: Namy Gaga was seen as a trailblazer for how innovative her AU and her designs were, as the reimagining of the animatronics as living beings were only done by few in the fandom at the time. However, her popularity soon took a massive nosedive in the 2020s when she began promoting a relationship between Brenda, the AU's version of Circus Baby, and Roselle, the AU's version of Ballora and Brenda's adoptive mother. She attempted to justify it as simply Brenda opting to no longer consider Roselle as her legal guardian when she turned 18, but people quickly pointed out that it's rare for it to happen in real life and accused her of romanticizing incest between adoptive family members. Soon, people dug up her old art related to ''FNAFNG'' and accused her of romanticizing abuse and pedophilia. This, combined with her tendency to [[DearNegativeReader go nuclear on her critics]], as well as allegations of grooming her teenage fans, caused her to put the AU on indefinite hiatus.

** Another, more controversial pairing was of Brenda and her former adoptive mother Roselle. While some were quick to point out the technically incestual nature of the relationship, others pointed out how once Brenda turned 18, she no longer considered Roselle as her mother and as she reversed the adoption, the pairing was alright from a legal standpoint.

** The pairing between Marionette and Springtrap. While those outside the ''FNAFNG'' fandom were quick to point out the unfortunate implications that arose from this ship, in part due to how in canon, the child inside of the Marionette being one of William Afton's victims, others came to Namy's defense and pointed out that Marionette was possessed by an adult instead of a child in the AU.
