* EnsembleDarkhorse: The EG version of Gilda has been well-received for being a genuinely caring, albeit crass and snide, mentor, bodyguard, and martial arts instructor to Timmy Turner. Her sympathetic backstory, bravely defending Timmy from threats to his well-being, and her harsh, albeit honest, critique of others give her considerable depth, have all made Gilda a fan favorite and as popular as the Rainbooms in this story.

** Trixie Tang returns to her characterization as a LoveableAlphaBitch who shows a love for geek culture.

* UnintentionallySympathetic: Timmy [[spoiler:destroying Gary and Betty's truck is supposed to be treated as him crossing a line by the Rainbooms. Most viewers believed Timmy was in the right, especially since Gary and Betty are incredibly obnoxious characters who made Timmy's life miserable. It doesn't help that while the audience is aware Timmy can't kill people with his magic, the Rainbooms weren't aware of that fact.]]

** [[spoiler: Sunset and Gilda foiling Crocker's plan sending him tumbling off a balcony, breaking his leg]].
** [[spoiler: Gilda personally beating the shit out of Crocker and her goons beating the shit out of Gary and Betty for injuring Timmy]].
** [[UnintentionallySympathetic While it wasn't supposed to be a good thing]], many people also relished [[spoiler: Timmy destroying Gary and Betty's truck in retaliation.]]

* JerksAreWorseThanVillains: The [[spoiler: Dazzlings in the story are cruel witches who aren't above torturing children]]. However, several characters earn the audience's hatred even more.
** Tad and Chad cheating Timmy out of victory during the track tryouts, injuring him, and then buying their way out of trouble made them viscerally hated by everyone else. So much so, the audience rooted for them to suffer karma [[spoiler: and were happy when Timmy finally beat them up and sent to Crystal Prep where Cinch won't let them by their way out of trouble anymore]].
** Gary and Betty are already disliked both in and out of universe for their obnoxious happy-go-lucky nature. [[spoiler: When their idiocy injures Timmy under the pretense of teaching him safety, many people were happy to see them beaten up by Gilda's posse. And Timmy later destroying their truck also made them ecstatic]].
* MoralEventHorizon: [[spoiler: The Dazzlings]] cross it with aplomb when [[spoiler: they beat/torture Timmy near the end of the story]] in an attempt to force him to use [[spoiler: the brainwashed]] Cosmo and Wanda to grant them wishes. [[spoiler: Adagio]] in particular goes even further beyond the line when [[spoiler: she nearly has Trixie killed out of spite right in front of Timmy, and would’ve succeeded if the Rainbooms hadn’t pulled a BigDamnHeroes at the last second.]]

[[spoiler: Adagio]] in particular goes even further beyond the line when [[spoiler: she nearly has Trixie killed out of spite right in front of Timmy, and would’ve succeeded if the Rainbooms hadn’t pulled a BigDamnHeroes at the last second.]]

* CompleteMonster: [[spoiler: The Dazzlings]] prove to be FAR WORSE than their canon counterparts. [[spoiler: After learning of the existence of Timmy’s Fairy Godparents, they manipulate him into believing that they are his friends, and have his best interests at heart, when it’s pretty firmly the exact opposite. They cause a rift between Timmy and the Rainbooms (especially Sunset), which leads Timmy to wish that Sunset be turned into a worm, which could’ve ended VERY badly for her. They take advantage of his trust issues, and make it appear that all of his close friends and family have turned on him, bringing the despairing boy deeper into their clutches. And when Timmy finally sees through their act and refuses to grant wishes for them anymore, they proceed to give him a HORRIFIC NoHoldsBarredBeatdown, and nearly killed Trixie by making her walk off a roof. When the Rainbooms come to save the day, The Dazzlings try to outright KILL them more than once, and nearly succeed in Sunset’s case when Aria drops a huge ball of iron right on top of her. They get even worse when, using the magic they stole from Cosmo and Wanda, they form into a three headed Kaju. They then proceed to send each of the Rainbooms to experience their worst nightmares, and swallow Cosmo and Wanda whole right in front of Timmy, driving the poor boy nearly over the DespairEventHorizon.]]

* MagnificentBastard: [[spoiler: Adagio]], as in canon, is able to masterfully manipulate events in her favor. She is able to construct a lie portraying herself and her sisters as superheroes trying to save Timmy from Sunset, using Sunset's own past actions as part of her lies. Using both a corrupt medallion and mundane manipulation, she is able to cow Timmy into doing what he wants, [[spoiler: brainwash Cosmo and Wanda and steal their power, and brainwash Timmy]]. Once the Rainbooms get it through to Timmy that they are not his enemy, she uses weapons she stole from Crocker to incapacitate them and [[spoiler: steal Cosmo and Wanda]]. She later breaks Doombringer out, cows her into being her minion, and uses her and brainwashed police officers to kidnap Timmy when she can't use [[spoiler: a brainwashed Cosmo and Wanda]] to do her bidding.
