Starting off the video so bubbly and excited to hwarf up hairballs for Ren and confidently thinking they "won't run out" to being reduced to such a broken, farmed out husk that even Ren tries to beg Stimpy to stop hwarfing. By the halfway point Stimpy's hwarfing is so labored and painful sounding that you can't help but feel some sympathy for the poor ChewToy and ending with [[spoiler: a used up Stimpy falling onto the conveyor belt and getting stamped in the ass]] is brutal enough to feel almost tragic.
