Added DiffLines:

* BizarroEpisode: A plot where Ginger's best friends conspire to break her and Darren up over jealousy. It's wildly out of character for Macie, and arguably for Dodie as well (while often a toxic friend, RelationshipSabotage is a step up for her). And of course, it's practically forgotten by the next episode.
* CatharsisFactor: Courtney exposing Miranda and Mipsy is quite cathartic for how their mean girl antics often went unpunished in the series. Miranda's "that was Ginger?" is a true BreakTheHaughty moment if there ever was one.
* NeverLiveItDown: Dodie's lowest moment in the entire series. It's often forgotten that Macie took part too, because Dodie has several other instances of being a bad friend. The fact that she's EasilyForgiven just increases it.
* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot:
** The fallout from this storyline is never explored. It's not shown how Dodie and Macie apologised, why Ginger decided to forgive them or even why Courtney still hangs with Miranda and Mipsy after the incident. It's hard to call FanonDiscontinuity on it because Courtney references it in a later episode.
** The plot itself requires Dodie and Macie to act hugely out of character. A better plot could have had Miranda and Mipsy as the ring leaders, and merely trick Dodie and Macie into going along with them for whatever reasons.
** Even more so is that the plot point of a new couple causing friction in a friend group, and how things have to now accommodate the change is a worthy one to explore - and could have allowed CharacterDevelopment for Dodie.
