After a brief conversation which ends with Cordelia saying that she has to talk to people who actually are someone, Angel comments "Nice to see that she's grown as a person." Funny at the time, but ironic in light of the vast amount of CharacterDevelopment she would undergo over the course of the series.
** Cordelia asks if he's still "Grrr". He says "Yeah...there's not actually a cure for that." He finds out later, in "[[Recap/AngelS01E08IWillRememberYou I Will Remember You]]", that there actually is.
