* PokemonSpeak: Boop only speaks by saying “Boop”, a holdover from the “Beep & Boop” app, where both Beep and Boop only said their names, in the sense of a “correct answer, wrong answer” way.
* RefugeeFromTVLand: [=StoryBots=] live inside computers, and heading to the Outer World brings them into reality.
* RogerRabbitEffect: Going to the Outer World has the [=StoryBots=] interacting with live action humans.
* ShiftedToCGI: This happens in-show. The traditionally animated characters turn into CGI ones when they leave the computer.
* ThoseTwoGuys: Hub and Bub, two [=StoryBots=] that are constantly together, constantly giggling, and constantly pulling mischief. Their scenes preface the song breaks of the episodes, with small vignettes at their station that relate to the song in question.
