I still think Blizz counts as Obfuscating Stupidity, but I've realized we don't know the details of it. I'll add it back when we learn the full story.

* ObfuscatingStupidity:
** Dusk seems to be an idiot who only cares about having fun, but he's only pretending, as he believes being dumb means he'll be happier. In reality, he's smart enough to to [[spoiler: create sapient AI]]. He apparently became friends with Blizz specifically to learn how to be stupid.
---> He thinks ignorance is bliss, and wants to live a nice, happy life full of it, by any means.
** Blizz is a downplayed example. It's true that he's not very bright, and he tends to be oblivious as to how others are feeling, but the other Eeveelutions still underestimate him. It mainly comes up when he asks about things like the reason why Vay stays in his room all day, as his brothers prefer to lie and [[LockedOutOfTheLoop keep him in the dark]] because they believe he wouldn't understand it. At this point, he doesn't seem to make any effort to seem smart, if only because no one would believe it. [[spoiler:Additionally, in the chapter "Jobs", when Blizz is calling Vay out for not going to the brotherhoods' meetings, he starts to analyze the situation to try to figure out what the best outcome would be. Then, one of the voices he hears sometimes tells him "just act stupid, like you always do!" and to "stop overanalyzing everything!"]].

Added DiffLines:

''[[https://stupidshorteeveecomic.thecomicseries.com/ Stupid Short Eevee Comic]]'' is a ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}'' fan webcomic made by Scruffyeevee.

It follows a group of Eeveelutions who live in the PC of the PlayerCharacter in Sinnoh. It mainly focuses on [[DumbMuscle Blizz]] the Glaceon, one of the leaders of the [[GroupedForYourConvenience Icedrop house]], however his siblings also get plenty of attention. It is a character-driven dramedy about the characters trying to live peacefully when there's rampant bullying going on, Eevees sometimes disappear for years with no explanation, and some of the house leaders barely do their jobs.

Despite its name and the fact that it was fairly silly at the beginning, there’s [[JigsawPuzzlePlot a lot of complicated lore going on in the background]] which is slowly being explained.

It has a [[https://ask-ssec.tumblr.com/ blog]] [[FourthWallMailSlot where you can ask the characters questions]].
The comic can also be read on [[https://www.deviantart.com/pinkeevee222/gallery/41140052/Stupid-Short-Eevee-comics Deviantart]], [[https://tapas.io/series/Stupid-Short-Eevee-Comic Tapastic]] (not up to date) and on [[https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/stupid-short-eevee-comic/list?title_no=247785 Webtoons]].
----
!! Stupid Short Eevee Comic contains examples of:
* TheAce:
**Dawn is the strongest of all main characters, is over level 60, and seeing as she’s on the [[PlayerCharacter trainer’s]] main team, it can be assumed that she helped her get all the badges in Sinnoh. She also knows [[WaveMotionGun Hyper Beam]], is a contest star and seems to be well liked among the female Eevees.
**Blizz used to be this. [[spoiler:When he was at the lab, the scientists there knew about the power he inherited from Harmony, so they used him to make a perfect weapon. It’s implied he was used to kill some Pokémon in there, and he also used his powers to protect his brothers.]]
--->[[spoiler:'''Dusk''': That is why they made him their puppet.]]
--->[[spoiler:'''Dusk''']]: A fighter… A leader… A prodigy… A [[MeaningfulName Blizzard]] of Fangs and Fury.
* AltText: Every page has one of these. Sometimes it's just a joke relating to its page and sometimes it has plot-relevant information.
* FourthWallMailSlot: In the [[https://ask-ssec.tumblr.com/ Ask SSEC Tumblr]], you can ask questions to any character from the comic except for the ones in the [=EeveePlex=].
* GoodAngelBadAngel: Troll personifies [[NervousWreck Bolt’s]] selfish desires while Wimp tries to get him to do nice things to others. Played for Drama in that it only makes him more anxious, though their antics are still comedic at times.
* GroupedForYourConvenience: The houses/brotherhoods are this. There are three of them, each with one representative and at least one leader:
**Icedrop: Popular with younger Eevees, possibly because the youngest Eeveelutions are its leaders. They value strength, and there are a lot of bullies in it.
**Greenpaw: Has all female Eevees except for Eve. They’re often targeted by Icedrops, and it seems to be filled with {{Cloudcuckoolander}}s.
**Lightfire: Their personality hasn’t been elaborated upon as much as Icedrop and Greenpaw’s, but the Eevees in it seem pretty normal.
* InsideAComputerSystem: The characters live in the PC, which seems to be just the normal world but is actually a place where the PlayerCharacter can [[BodyUploading store]] her Pokémon. There are a few {{NPC}}s there, like the Rattata Clef kills in page 57, Blizz changes the wallpaper to simulate the day-night cycle, and no one can die in it. [[spoiler:Dusk exploits this trope plus his hacking powers to create Night]].
* {{Irony}}: Bolt is an Electric-Type who lives {{Inside a Computer System}} but is {{Hopeless with Tech}}.
* JigsawPuzzlePlot: For a good portion of the story, what happened to the characters in the past was mainly explained through background details, {{Alt Text}}s, the [[FourthWallMailSlot Ask Blog]] and some youtube videos, and even then, they only give us hints. The “Meanwhile” intermissions and the storybook pages explain the plot a little bit, but the former also raises a lot of questions and the latter is biased as they are from the point of view of certain characters. Things start to be explained in page 336 (411 in the archive), and the author’s note in it actually acknowledges this trope.
* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: Blizz keeps hugging his brother [[HatesBeingTouched Vay]], who obviously hates it. He doesn’t seem to get the hint that, if whenever you do something to someone they ''run away crying'', you should probably stop.
-->'''Dawn''': You know there is something called personal space?
