** Tracy confirms that cats are basically just stand-ins for humans, and that as far as non-feline pets and animals, everything is the same as it would be normally. She also says that there won't be as much emphasis on this in the comics (other than the aforementioned pig farmers) so not to add ''another'' layer of absurdity to the series. In fact, when a fan asked for the cast's breeds, she only answered with "Cat". The closest would be Mordecai being a tuxedo cat as a pun on his attire.
