* TheSocialDarwinist: The female lead of the 19th arc is one of the Jerk Justifier variant. Course, the author was almost certainly practicing ProtagonistCenteredMorality, so she isn't wrong, even if her lover has to clean up the mess to avoid more narrowly minded people using it as an excuse to pick at her. She tortures and murders the distant descendants of those who sealed her and is justified in doing so because they were weak. She sacrifices countless soldiers because they were weak. She murders the injured soldiers because she doesn't want a superior using it as a reason to file a complaint against her, and she is not only justified in doing so, she is doing them a favor because such weak people will die without amounting to anything, so she sparing them from their worthless existences.

As Su Lüxia points out, even if this is a cultivation world, she has woken up in a modern setting, where her lover grew up in a time of Rule of Law. The influence of the original plot would have normally protected the two against having any major problems, but Su Lüxia's interference draws this negative influence out beyond what the male lead can tolerate. He ends up becoming just as terrified of the female lead as her victims and ultimately joins them when she kills him for breaking her heart and, again, for being weak.
