So much so that when he told his sister he was giving up "giving a fuck" for Lent, Tabbi did not believe him at all (with a [[Montages Montage Sequence]] of all the times he's seen caring too much playing in her mind).

* RagtagBunchOfMisfits: Tabbi and her fellow Dreamer friends fighting off Nightmares around the school even when it's against the law.

* PowerOfCreation: With her Dreamer soul abilities making her composed of glitter and knives, Tabbi can make glittery knives and blades of any kind. This includes other forms of cutlery and sharp objects, like forks for eating.

* StockShonenHero/ StockLightNovelHero: Played with for Koji Takahashi; he has traits of the former and latter. Since the character archetype comes from Japanese media, it made sense to her to make him Japanese-American.]] For the former trope, he isn't quite as HotBlooded, [[IdiotHero dense]], or physically strong as other examples. For the latter trope, he has traits of being an UnfazedEveryman, [[NewPowersAsThePlotDemands has been given superpowers]], some shades of [[DeadpanSnarker snarkiness]], [[GeniusBruiser shades of being clever mid-fight]], [[ChickMagnet has at least two girls showing signs of attraction towards him]]. He however unlike most examples is not in an [[TrappedInAnotherWorld Isekai]] (although this is debatable if [[spoiler: the world you currently live in gets remade into a new one counts as an Isekai, since Isekai translates to "another world"]]

* GenkiGirl: Tabbi is very enthusiastic and optimistic especially compared to her peers.

* CareerEndingInjury: Heavily Downplayed; Crow is a popular athlete at Sacred Heart Academy, specifically for the basketball team, and has his right leg in a cast since the beginning of the Anarchy Dreamers due of [[NoodleIncident an off-screen incident where his cousin turned into a Nightmare and chased after him]] [[LookBothWays which led to him running away and getting hit by an oncoming bus]]. While he's off the team for now, his leg will eventually heal and that hasn't stopped him from [[HandicappedBadass fighting Nightmares]] [[CaneFu with his walking crutch]] or playing tag in a [[CreepyCemetery Nightmare-infested graveyard at night with his friends]].

* ImaginaryLoveTriangle: Several people at school think Tabbi has competition with Miho Miyamoto for Koji's affection. Tabbi is seen getting a little jealous when Miho spends time around Koji. However, its pretty clear that while Koji does get flustered around Miho, he's pretty [[EveryoneCanSeeIt clearly attracted to Tabbi]].

* LightIsNotGood: Two little Angel Nightmares seen in the graveyard are wrecking havoc. Later they appear again, causing chaos at Tabbi's Birthday/Saint Day party at Alexa's home. It's implied they serve [[GreaterScopeVillain a more dangerous threat]].
