Ability is the latest KoreanWebtoon by Son Jae Ho, better known for his wildly popular work in ''Webcomic/{{Noblesse}}.''

The manga is currently on hiatus due to the author's poor health and need to focus on Noblesse, but he and the artist have promised that the story will resume after he feels better.

* MacGuffin: The Pandora's Box, said to contain a power to [[EndOfTheWorldSpecial remake the world]]. [[spoiler:Su-Jin Ji is the 'key' to open the box.]]

* GenreSavvy: In chapter 37, Mase insists on having people watch Han. His reasoning is that [[DoomMagnet Han]] has somehow gotten involved in all of the recent incidents Hon's had to deal with, and he's almost certain the same thing will happen again. Naturally, he's right.

* HealingShiv: When he awakens under life-or-death situation, Han's punches, while fast, instead heal his target. Only twice this doesn't happen: One when Han's arm transforms, two when Sa-Ryun lends Han some power, which Han uses in lieu of the healing punch.

* TheGoodTheBadAndTheEvil: Han is the good for preserving peace between humans and Anothers, Salamanders is the bad for being SocialDarwinist led by a ReasonableAuthorityFigure, and ATRAN is the evil for being omnicidal SocialDarwinist.

* MacGuffin: The Pandora's Box, said to contain a power to [[EndOfTheWorldSpecial remake the world]]. [[spoiler:It's implied that Su-Jin Ji is the 'key' to open the box.]]

** Pay attention and you'll see that the Hon agents have similar ones.

** Called Orb/Marble, power crystals are essentially the essence of an Another which they leave behind when they die, and is food for other Anothers.

* BishounenLine: On one end, we have the ugly Salamander Anothers who are mere fodders for experienced fighters such as Un and Yerin. On the other end, the human-like Jacra, Sa-Ryun amd Lecter are quickly established as being very powerful.

** And he has a pair of subordinates who reminds people of Regis and Seira. The guy even has white hair.

In Seoul Korea, a strange murder has recently taken place. Little is known or revealed to the public as to how or why this "Mr. Lee" was killed.

* CastFullOfPrettyBoys: 26 chapters and we've only gotten two named female characters.

Meanwhile, Han Yu Hwa has inherited his grandfather's coffee shop, and now owns and runs it for a living, although he'd be perfectly happy with not having to deal with it. One day, when going out to get some groceries, he encounters a young girl who asks to borrow his cell phone. He politely obliges, but when a gust of wind rolls through the street, the girl's hat winds up in the middle of the road.

[[DiabolusExMachina Cue an oncoming truck.]]

As you'd expect, Han dives in to save the day and takes on the full force of the impact. The paramedics say that there's no way anyone could survive something like that, but Han gets out with little more than some serious bruising. The girl is safe, but things only become more complicated from that point onward when a strange monster sneaks into the hospital they are staying at in the hopes of killing the girl, and when Han somehow manages to hold him off despite the monster claiming to be more than capable of killing an ordinary human with little more than a flick of its tail.

* BeautyEqualsGoodness: Jacra is the only bad guy so far who isn't butt-ugly.

On the other end, there is the human-like Jacra, whom Un and Yerin claim to be stronger than the both of them. Then there's also Sa-Ryun, who is [[DudeLooksLikeALady very pretty]] and very strong.

** That doesn't stop there. After the incident with the Healing Stone is resolved, Han actually gets a girl for a blind date for real. Except that the girl is Yerin, and Han is the only person not informed about the arrangement. HilarityEnsues.

* {{All of the Other Reindeer}}: There was apparently an incident in Han's childhood when he revealed a small portion of his abilities to his classmates. According to him, his friends began to see him as a monster and he became unable to live with normal people.

* ElegantGothicLolita: The little girl, whose name has yet to be revealed.

* FriendToAllChildren: Han politely gives the girl his phone when she asks to borrow it, and risks his life to protect her.

* JerkAss: The girl's bodyguard makes this assumption about Han and was almost certain that Han would ask the girl for some sort of reward for saving her. Naturally, this gets ''him'' JerkAss status in Han's eyes.
