Ah, I see... I had misread this sentence during my earlier its/it's cleanup. My fault! But I think it would be more easily understood when written like this. After all, Kyogre is not the only water-type Pokemon (or Legendary/Mythical Pokemon) that would have 4x strength against Primal Groudon, and a colon (instead of a semicolon) would be grammatically correct here.
