RONI could be seen as the best of both EMMA and Sophia, as she is an assistance A.I. that develops emotionally, moraly, and philosophically as she works with Gabe. After seeing how the Phantom Thieves interacting with Sophia changed her, Ichinose specifically designed RONI to be partnered with diagnosticians and grow in a similar manner.

[[WMG: The Healing Touch and [[Main/EquivalentExchange Equivalent Exchange]]]]
So the Healing Touch, essentially, grants the user a large amount of speed (power) as a result of awakening it via desperation or "activating", with it being quite taxing on the user's body as compensation. Because of equivalent exchange, I assume with enough usage and the strain on the user's body will result in the user's (bodily) decay and death after some time. Or, another way, the user gives up their "life-force" in a sense to possess the Touch. I mean, lets be honest here, it would only make sense that when the Slow Time variation of the Touch is invoked, the user's bodily processes are sped up in accordance to the ability. (ex: Usage of the Touch speeds the user up by 2-4x, but their body will speed up as well at that time [dangerous heartrate, anyone? surprised how none ever died while invoking the ability because of that. I can only imagine an unfit user, or one that has arrythmia? Talk about a death sentence.]) For Anesthesia (vital locking) users, despite the game not giving them consequences, I'd assume they still can faint/black out just like Slow Time users, mainly due to them 'transferring' their energy to the target of focus (patient) in order to "lock" the patient's HP; Effect worsening the lower the target's HP is when invoking.
(I sort of headcanon that heavy users of the ability often seem to have shorter lifespans in a sense, some lucky to even make it past a certain age.)
