* Which would make Karen's boyfriend's real name Zaf, and his employer Adam Carter and whoever he answered to in MI6, which would make the show set in 2003 or earlier, so as not to interfere w/ the canon of Series/{{Spooks}}. Think about it, he seems very interested in dating a waitress who happens to be an understudy in a random play about Marilyn Monroe. What if he's investigating it for ties to terrorism? He also looks EXACTLY like Zaf, almost as if they share the same actor.\\

Taking out some stuff I was proven stupid to have written

** I doubt it. The Sean Hayes character has now been told the truth by the rest of the cast, and Ivy's show will start going better now. Karen still can become a star in Bombshell, or just be an off-Broadway talent in Hit List. She'd be stupid to leave Bombshell. Derek could, as he's already known as a top director. Karen is also the real protagonist of the show, and Bombshell is still the principal musical within it. If Ivy's show were to continue to tank, she could end up in Hit List, though. Ivy gets along well with Derek, too.

* Hayes's character is presented as a person who is unintentionally ruining the show he is starring in, Dangerous Liaisons, and seems to be too much of a primadonna to think he is doing anything wrong. Considering the horrible time this show was having because of the writer's and show creator Rebeck's feud about the show, it seems a little too convenient that this character came on after Rebeck was fired.

[[WMG: The controversy shown in the show about the {{Show Within A Show}}'s direction was based on actual arguments about the {{Retool}} of the TV show itself.]]
* Derek's leaving the {{Show Within A Show}} may parallel some who left the actual show (not Rebeck, who can only wish she had Derek's talent), and the reasons may be similar.

The {{Show Within A Show}} will definitely now become {{Lighter And Softer}} for commercial reasons, and that same fate may await the TV show itself. Some characters were removed for Season 2, and now Derek and Ivy, the remaining characters who were not so pure (MrViceGuy and AntiVillain, respectively), are out of Bombshell's production. Eileen's {{Villain}} of an ex-husband has been found out and excised, leaving those working on Bombshell only the pure (morally White) characters.

That may leave the show with too little edge, although we shall see. Some of the turmoil may have been related to these creative decisions, not unlike those made to Bombshell.

Gave Rebeck too much credit, now that I\'ve read some about behind the scenes.

* Tom was just as upset as Julia and Frank when Leo went missing. So obviously he's Leo's biological father, having had an affair with Julia.

She doesn't have the same surname as her mother, and "Ivy Lynn" sounds fake. So she invented it, just like "Marilyn Monroe".

* Which would make Karen's boyfriend's real name Zaf, and his employer Adam Carter and whoever he answered to in MI6, which would make the show set in 2003 or earlier, so as not to interfere w/ the canon of {{Spooks}}.
