* I disagree with that, while he does look similar his personality is very different to Nick's so maybe he is Nick and Permafrost's birth dad who somehow got teleported to the future and during that time he decided to get into racing and changed his last name (Permafrost's dad who abandoned her is her stepdad and her and Nick share a last name), but why would his reputation get destroyed after the Jimmy incident, he wasn't involved enough with the incident to be blamed for it.
