The fifth game features the saleswoman Gillian Barker, who claims to be the twin sister of Gill Barker, the fast-talking salesman from the third and fourth games. Certain details, from the manual's suggestion to "Look past the hair and makeup and you may notice a familiar Barker!" to various snippets of conversation that Freddi and Luther have with Gillian, strongly suggest that Gillian is actually Gill in disguise. Since Gill was a potential culprit in both of his appearances, and the fourth indicated that he was both on the run and deeply in debt to criminals, it makes sense that he'd go even deeper undercover the second time.
