The girl introduces herself as Sumire, the girl reveals she's a ninja who's come to the city to fulfill the assignment of serving a master. Since you gave her your meat bun, she now feels indebted to you and has dubbed you her master. As part of you being her master, she has decided she'll be living in your home with you.
