It apparently didn't involve Kayenne fighting Askel, however, since Askel doesn't seem to recognize Kayenne when they first see each other in the game, implying that he wasn't guarding Rosalya the day Kayenne broke her out.

** Chado and Poky can perfectly understand and be understood by everyone on Gendys even though the dialect of Maherian they speak is quite different from the others, they never met humans nor shelks nor any other talking species beside wakis before they left Kimpao, and none of Gendys's inhabitants ever met wakis before. Neither the wakis nor the Gendyans need to get used to the others' dialect, they understand each other instantly.
** Furthermore, despite their different anatomies, shelks and wakis speak Maherian dialects perfectly pronounceable by humans with phonemes all found in human languages, and their voices do not sound remotely non-human.

** Kayenne was cockier in the original continuity, in which he goes as far as to taunt King Yanos with a ThroatSlittingGesture.
** Conversely, Chado of all characters was less brave than his game counterpart: ''he'' is the one to panic rather than Poky when he realizes that since their ship has been adrift for hours, he has no idea where they are.
