My full pseudonym, which was made years ago and stuck (mostly on the internets, but a few folks call me 'Drakk' IRLs, too), is Drakkarius Kallorak Varrukar. This has no particular meaning, but people think it has something to do with dragons, so [[SureLetsGoWithThat I'm inclined to agree]].
I came across this site a while back, about 1 and a half years ago, and it has definitely ruined my life. Then I discovered the fora.
Most people I know think I have a fascination with Russia and Japan, in equal measures. This is halfway true, as there are other countries that I've taken an interest in studying (and plan to visit). This ties in with my need to meticulously study history of far away places no-one here (Innawoods) can pronounce the names of.

Well, I write (poorly) on occasion.
I play too many video games to count. My steam handle is 'Drakkarius', oddly enough. Let me know you're from TVT if you add me there. A short list of what I own on PC is there.
I also study the random whatnot here and then. Mostly language, foreign and domestic. Of that subject, the recent linguistic front in the war on language acquisition is Japanese.
I watch some anime on occasion, but I'm very, very picky as to what I watch. This had nothing whatsoever to do with my decision to study Japanese, as I'm considering getting teaching English there when I get that college thing out the way.
I'm also fond of stand up comedy, and a few animated comedy series. Mostly by Seth Macfarlane.
I listen to quite a range of musical genres. Everything from classical (I'm going to start violin lessons soonish, perhaps after I get that fancy instrument for my birthday. I'm also learning piano) to metal, to even- le gasp -gangsta rap. My favourite band of all time is Disturbed. Then Korn. Then Slipknot. And so on and so forth.
I'm also an avid marksman, and I own several firearms to fulfill my need to put holes in paper from absurd distances. These include several Mosins, an AKM, a 10/22, and grand pappy's shootgun. I acquire more on occasion. My next shall be a Stoeger Cougar, for CC. Once I'm 21, that is. Which is soon.

After getting out of highschool, I tried to convince people that I was a good candidate for the Marines, but apparently they don't like asthma very much. Go figure, neither do I. I then was hired as a programmer at a PEO, and did some script monkeying as well as tax coding for a year until I started to get mystery migraines. Those put me in bed for about a month and a half. So, I quit. Now I'm here.

All project names are placeholders for now. Ask away about these, I need critics and soundboards and the like. Also, my stories have tabletop game adaptations (rulesets for D20, at least) being made alongside them.
The Revenant Project: Fantasy story about, you guessed it, a revenant, and all the unfortunate things this entails.
The Prometheus Project: TwentyMinutesIntoTheFuture MilitaryScienceFiction pre-apocalyptic story about psionics, cybernetics, giant mecha, severely misplaced nationalism and a the poor schmuck with an ambiguous delusional disorder that is thrust into the middle of all this.
The Emergence Project: The post-apocalyptic time after a big bad showdown between six super powers (and Oceania). Builds off the Prometheus Project, even with reoccurring characters!
The Celestial Project: The real, far-out there, crazy sci-fi after the post-apocalyptic time period. This is the vaguest project of mine right now, but I have a good deal of ideas and continuations from the other two connected projects here. Aliens and sufficiently advanced technology abound.
