** At one point it was initially considered for the series to be animated, the animation studio provided either by Fox or by a random animation house in Spain. It ended up being too costly to be a reality, but the crew at least managed to get a taste of what it could've been by having the first season intro be partially animated.

* ContrastingSequelMainCharacter: After Pataclaun ended, the following show "Carita de Atún", which was a parody of soap operas, had the same cast, including Katia Condos, and all of them play opposites of their characters in Pataclaun.
** Wendy Ramos plays "María Malita" ("Mary Meanie"), who, unlike [[GoodIsDumb Wendy Janet]], is the CardCarryingVillain, is completely evil, a GoldDigger, and [[IdleRich completely useless]].
** Wendy's other character "Perlita" is a more nerdy version of Wendy Janet.
** Katia Condos plays "María Buenita" ("Mary Goody"), and unlike [[DashingHispanic Maruja]], is a literal FishOutOfWater, huge, romantic, and naïve.
** Carlos Alcántara plays "Ángel". While Machín is mean, sexist, violent, and has a HairTriggerTemper, Ángel is [[InTouchWithHisFeminineSide sensitive]], a complete romantic and nice. Both still are a MommasBoy.
** Montserrat Brugué plays "Angelita Bonifaz", Ángel's mother. Monchi is a baby, and Ms. Bonifaz is an old lady. Both are still very greedy.
** Carlos Carlín plays "Pan de Dios", which is an exaggeration of Tony, but more IdleRich.
** Gonzalo Torres plays "Mario Baguetino", who is more of an ExtremeDoormat than Gonzalete and equally as dumb as Pan de Dios and María Malita.
** Johanna San Miguel plays both "Martirio", María Malita's ServileSnarker who hates everyone, and "Water Fairy", who is a Fairy Godmother who almost never helps María Buenita and talks like a ValleyGirl. Both characters completely contrast Queca's RichBitch.

* StarMakingRole: The show ignited the carreers of most the cast members, especially for Carlos Alcántara, who went on to star in the action series "La Gran Sangre", host the variety show "Lima Limón" (until he quit on air), and productor, director and actor of his own stand-up and movies "Asu Mare", based on his own life.
** Johanna San Miguel and Carlos Carlín went on to producing their own stand ups, have different roles in Peruvian films and gigs as radio [=DJs=] and show hosts.
** Gonzalo Torres got his own show "A la Vuelta de la Esquina" ("Around the corner") which focused on showcasing important sites on Lima City. He also became radio DJ of the morning show "Mañana Maldita", and nowdays stars in different ads.

** Also people think that Monchi's return was the SeasonFinale because it ends with a blooper compilation. It turns out that there's an actual SeriesFinale, where upon Monchi's return, she breaks it to the others that everything in the house is fake, and Wendy has a hard time accepting it.

* WhatItCouldHaveBeen: The original Pataclaun acting troupe was composed of the main cast, minus Carlos Carlín (Tony), and his place was actually held by Katia Condos. It's even used as a TakeThat to Tony, where Queca tells him that he is just her replacement, and later she is brought as a Starring Guest to show what it could be like if she regained her spot. Katia eventually joins the cast's following project "Carita de Atún", another clown sitcom but with a soap opera parody format.
