* WhatCouldHaveBeen: In the first few location tests, Grafica were triggered manually, by stepping on the pedal. This was changed from a later location test onwards: each Grafica now triggers automatically in set segments during the song, and the pedal is now used for Kick Objects.
* TheWikiRule: For non-readers of Japanese, the game has [[https://remywiki.com/MUSECA_Information its own section on RemyWiki]] as well as [[http://museca.wikia.com/wiki/MUSECA_Wikia a separate wiki on Wikia]].

* PopCultureUrbanLegends: The game is commonly believed to have had its online services terminated in July 2018. This is only true of cabinets outside of Japan, which received an update that prevents the game from starting up if it is connected to the internet. The misconception comes from the cessation of content updates, sale of offline kits, and sale of conversion kits to ''VideoGame/BishiBashi Channel'', however there are still a few arcades in Japan that run the game online, and the player can still access their play data for the game on the [=eAmusement=] website. The lack of popularity that the game has in rhythm game circles (compared to the likes of ''VideoGame/SoundVoltex'', ''VideoGame/DanceDanceRevolution'', and ''VideoGame/{{CHUNITHM}}'') further contributes to the misassumption.

* RecycledSet: The game got the receiving end of this, with its cabs being repurposed for ''Bishi Bashi Channel''. The main differences are the removal of the foot pedal, the screen being re-oriented to a horizontal position, and a new control panel that features four sets (one for each player) of three buttons each, with two of the buttons being dome-shaped buttons traditionally used for ''Bishi Bashi'' (and also ''Videogame/PopNMusic'') and one being the spinner button from this game. If you look under the control panel, you can see the square spiral prop that symbolizes this game.
