** Hidekazu Nagae portrayed [[MesACrowd five copies of the Oyakata Saikyotakumi HumaGear]] in one scene, each with a slightly different personality.

** The Ikebana Humagear in Episode 30 is played by an actual ikebana expert.

** One of the earlier-model Humagears across the room is a repainted [[Series/KamenRiderBuild Guardian]].
*** Two other earlier Humagears are repaints of [[Film/KamenRiderXKamenRiderDriveAndGaimMovieWarFullThrottle Megahex]] and [[Series/HikoninSentaiAkibaranger Delu Knight]] respectively.

*** The original villain of the movie was intended to be an alien force, a la the ''Franchise/{{Alien}}'' franchise, with the original tagline even describing the villain as being neither human nor HumaGear. This ended up getting scrapped after the pandemic happened.

** A unique case where Ryunosuke Matsumura portrays the uncaptured Unit 5 of the Zetto Matsurida line of [=HumaGears=], [[TalkingToHimself while also voicing the Dodo Magia]] who is after him. Another scene, using a different actor to portray the Matsurida "brothers" before their physical alterations, had 5 copies dancing in perfect unison.

* PassingTheTorch: Starting from this series, Yuya Nawata, who was previously the primary suit actor for [[Series/KamenRiderZiO Kamen Rider Geiz]] and [[Series/KamenRiderExAid Kamen Rider Genm]], will be taking over as the lead suit actor, replacing Seiji Takaiwa who was the suit actor for all the lead Heisei Kamen Riders, barring Kuuga and Hibiki who were portrayed by Kenji Tominaga and Makoto Ito respectively.[[labelnote:Note]]He portrayed [[Series/MiraiSentaiTimeranger Time Red]] and [[Series/MahouSentaiMagiranger Magi Red]] at the time of both their airings. Despite this, his role as Decade did allow him to wear their suits whenever the character changed his form to Kuuga or Hibiki.[[/labelnote]] This doesn't mean retirement yet for Takaiwa though, as he is the suit actor for Kamen Rider Horobi.

* DoingItForTheArt: Fumiya Takahashi suffers from acrophobia, which became an issue when a scene from episode 39 required Aruto to be lifted high in the air by crane, with the shoot location being a mountain valley bridge ''already hundreds of metres above ground level''. Despite this, he overcame his fear in order to willingly commit himself to this stunt for the scene of Aruto's defeat at the hands of Kamen Rider Ark-Zero.

** Premium Bandai made merchandise from the [[ShowwithinaShow anime within the series]] ''Perfuman Tsurugi''.

** Kamen Rider Metsubojinrai is a retools Horobi’s suit, buts adds a new head and recolored arm and shin armor and a new chestpiece.

** Isamu Fuwa, a.k.a. Kamen Rider Vulcan, shares his last name with a mascot fairy of a [[Anime/StarTwinklePrettyCure Magical Girl anime]] that aired right before ''Kamen Rider Zero-One''. Coincidentally, both transformed on the same day. ** Mamoru shares his name with a character from ''Series/KamenRiderAmazons''. Both became monsters and met a tragic end.
** Daybreak Town is a sunken ruin due to a plot-important cataclysmic event, not to be confused with the one from ''Franchise/KingdomHearts''.
** The ''Manga/CaseClosed'' franchise's LawyerFriendlyCameo of ''Kamen Rider'' is called ''Kamen Yaiba''. Kamen Rider Valkyrie is named Yua Yaiba.
