Natter, bad indentation, a bit too complainy.

** This gets worse as time goes on, as many other plot points are recycled. [[spoiler: Oliver ends up back on the island, John Diggle is introduced initially with apprehension as he holds a grudge against Oliver over some mistreatment, and one of Oliver's supposedly dead parents show up, having been partially responsible for some of his misery, only to die. The main difference is this time we ''see'' Oliver recover his fortune and name at the end, when Lemire's run ended with Oliver still broke/believed dead, only for Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg's brief run to just put Oliver back into his Fiction500 position without any explanation.]]

* RecycledScript: The first arc, ''The Death and Life of Oliver Queen,'' has the exact same premise as the first arc of [[Comicbook/JeffLemiresGreenArrow Jeff Lemire's run]]. Oliver loses his fortune and becomes an underdog fugitive fighting a vast, powerful conspiracy that takes his company away from him and sends assassins after him. If you've read Lemire's run, this is awfully jarring because (1) no one in the Rebirth series ever comments that this has all happened before and (2) several supporting characters in the Rebirth series were ''introduced'' in Jeff Lemire's run, so you'd think they would at least [[LampshadeHanging hang a lampshade on the similarities.]]
