* PlayedForHorror in ''Literature/TheNewNarnia''. The story is about a portal to a Tolkien-esq Fantasy world named Malacus manifesting in Tommy's grandfather clock. When he goes there, he is swept up as TheChosenOne destined to save the world... but it's actually a trap. Malacus was a world crafted by a RealityWarper to lure in people and suck out their adulthood. She has been doing this for ''centuries'' on countless people, with hundreds of people being cared for in her nursery with no memory of ever being more than babies.
