# AlternateCharacterInterpretation.KnivesOut: Is she meant to be older than 100, or was Harlan born out of TeenPregnancy, or even younger? The latter might explain why there's never any mention of Harlan's father (although to be fair in the former scenario, he could easily be long dead of old age). It's also worth noting that even if it was a teen pregnancy, Great-Nana would still be a century old (if she had Harlan at 15) or older.

One's fooling around on Earth while the other's been calmly training themself and amassing a small army.

# WhatCouldHaveBeen.KatawaShoujo: The final image of Hanako's good ending where the camera pans
to inside a bakery window with two muffins sitting inside was originally meant to represent that Hanako has a bun in the oven, or in other words, is pregnant. Right before it hits, Manny leaves her uncle, Abusive Parents (it's implied that Tsuyoshi's dad was not only an alcoholic but that he physically abused him for good, and his mother, as well), Suicide (Akito having thoughts early on resulting in the aforementioned knife scene, and Komori later wanting to die with him), and a (fortunately unsuccessful) attempt by Sana to use underage Sex as Rite-of-Passage as a plot device for her and Akito in a very misguided attempt to ensure that the two would always stay together. The subtext, therefore, might be that Doodle is trying to justify that that man's sexual violence was consensual since, in her mind, she was mature enough to consent. Her incorrect beliefs are exemplified by her disdain for how modern technology has made it impossible for others to "achieve intimacy", when what happened to her was actually rape.

# KevinAndKell.TropesJToR: Corrie Dale was subject to a weird version of this. Her single mother, Wanda Woolstone, died in childbirth (and she was set to be given up for adoption anyway, as she was a TeenPregnancy who was also the result of an Interspecies Relationship). She was adopted by scientists who cloned her, but escaped as a lamb, and became friends with Bruno Lupulin. # PlayingWith.RaisedByGrandparents: Her lazy parents abandoned her. They left her behind by accident. They're both dead. They are too busy with work to raise her. It is traditional for children to be raised by grandparents in Troperville. Alice and Bob wanted to raise Sarah; in fact, that was why they begged their daughter, Claire, for a grandchild in the first place. The work takes place in a setting where having children outside of wedlock is taboo, Claire got pregnant as a teenager, and Alice and Bob decided to raise Sarah as their own to save Claire from becoming a social outcast. Sarah thinks Claire is her older sister. Sarah's parents are constantly too drunk to raise her.

# SeasonalRot.LiveActionTV: Series 4 is considered by nearly all fans and critics to be the worst series so far — the debate is over whether it was wholly bad or whether there were some good episodes in the middle to make up for the way the series started and (especially) ended. Series 6 had even bigger complaints. There was a change in head writers, and it's clear that the concept for most of the characters completely changed as a result. In particular, there seemed to be a desire to bring back older plots — the TeenPregnancy from Series 2, or similarities between Frankie's Series 6 Character Development and Effy — that alienated viewers.

# Characters.BreakingBadSalamancaFamily: Miriam Colón is only three years older then Mark Margolis. Ir's possible she had Hector very young or she could simply be meant to be much older then her actress.
# Funny.SchoolDays: One of the endings of Cross Days consisted of Yuuki ending up with Roka while punishing Makoto at the same time, with him and Ai being interrogated by Kotonoha about who's the father of Ai's baby. It's Yuuki. The fact that the music is extremely funny while Kotonoha draws out a katana, in one of the few times when her Yandereness is Played for Laughs, makes it even funnier.

# Trivia.{{Barbie}}: In the early 2000s, there was an infamous "Pregnant Barbie" doll that was discontinued due to controversy that it supported TeenPregnancy. The doll in question was Midge, Barbie's old friend who was brought back after several years. Midge was Happily Married to Alan and was an adult (even the Barbie

Alice and Bob Takeshi Shudō we're talking about, who wanted to raise Sarah; in fact, that was why they begged their daughter, Claire, for a grandchild in the first place.
# Series.GCB: Plenty of the characters fall under this category, one episode revealed Amanda

# Literature.TheBoneClocks: MissConception: Fifteen-year-old Holly firmly believes that virgins can't get pregnant. This leads to the TeenPregnancy described below.
# SeasonalRot.LiveActionTV: Series 4 is considered by nearly all fans and critics to be the worst series so far — the debate is over whether it was wholly bad or whether there were some good episodes in the middle to make up
much for the way the series started and (especially) ended. Series 6 had even bigger complaints. There was a change in head writers, and it's clear that the concept adults as for most of the characters completely changed as a result. In particular, there seemed to be a desire to bring back older plots — the TeenPregnancy from Series 2, or similarities between Frankie's Series 6 Character Development and Effy — that alienated viewers.

No, the gods would not take offense. Frigga and Freyja would not stand for it.
# Characters.TheLegendOfMotherSarah: A variation on the trope. Despite being in her late teens when she becomes a mother, Satoko was much more experienced than the average teenage girl and was in a relationship with a young soldier a few years older than her and got pregnant as a result. But Yukito is shot dead before he can see his son born, making Satoko a single mother. Sarah herself doesn't judge Satoko on becoming pregnant but she points out that having a baby in such a setting is still dangerous for both Satoko and her child.
# Recap.Supergirl2015S3E7WakeUp: Sam had Ruby before she was 18.
# Manga.MagiTheLabyrinthOfMagic: Considering the setting, one can assume this isn't all that unusual, but the examples so far are...Mira Dianus Artemina blows everyone else out of the water. She was about 18 when she had her youngest child, Pisti, and has six older daughters besides. Unless there's more than one set of twins involved, she would have had to start childbearing when she was 12 or 13. Ren Gyokuen, who was 16 when she had her first child, Hakuyuu, and 19 when she had her second, Hakuren. Assuming she has been living as a genuine human for the last 48 years. A lesser example, but Zaynab was 18 or 19 when she and Hassan had their first baby, and got pregnant again soon after.
# Series.PrivatePractice: Teen Pregnancy Maya, who's keeping her baby and marrying the father at fifteen years old.
# PlayingWith.LoserSonOfLoserDad: Jake and Lucy's father murdered the son of a local celebrity in a bar brawl and was executed. Their mother is rumored to have slept around and was Teen Pregnant with Jake; it's rumored that they aren't even both related to their infamous father, though that doesn't spare them from suffering for his bad reputation. The discrimination lasted for a few weeks; afterwards, Jake and Lucy were treated as normal people.
# Characters.BetweenDreamsAndMemoriesUniverse: According to Phil, Sally got pregnant with Fundy at age 17.
# Literature.DearAmerica: Abby in Cannons At Dawn. But it’s a subversion due to the era, as she is seen not as a teenager but as an adult woman and married. It’s still a shock, though.
# Characters.HiddenProphices: Had a litter of kits when she was still an apprentice.
# Characters.DarkGatheringCapturedGhosts: Saki looks no older than fifteen and she had already given birth to three babies before she died failing to give birth to the fourth one.
# YMMV.VampireKnight: AssPull: Yuuki's blood somehow countering the effects of Sara's blood for no apparent reason, other than to make her "special". Aido's father's sudden reveal of being alive with no explanation given. At the end, the solution to coexistence between vampires and humans is to... create a cure that can transform vampires into humans. What? The author apparently trying to justify Yuuki's TeenPregnancy at the end by adding the fact that a vampire goes pregnant for 2-3 years, making her older by the time she had the baby.
# Characters.AceAttorneyTroupeGramarye: First gave birth at eighteen, if in-game ages are anything to go by.
# Characters.BeverlyHills90210SequelSeries: In season 1, she becomes pregnant with her daughter Maisie after a one-night stand with Ty.
# Literature.RebornOnASystemlessEarthWithASystem: FoolishSiblingResponsibleSibling: Two cases:Taylor and Francis. Their parents don't like what Francis does for a living, but at least they don't see him as a persona non grata like Taylor, who ran away from home. Double subverted. At first, Francis looks like the responsible one, but it turns out that the parents have grudging respect for Taylor's financial success. After a TeenPregnancy, she ran off to Hollywood to make it big... and succeeded, so while Francis makes a lot of money, Taylor is filthy rich, and not a Basement-Dweller to boot. The second subversion comes when we realize that Taylor is a shallow jerk, so Francis is still the more decent person. Eryk and Rare. One's fooling around on Earth while the other's been calmly training themself and amassing a small army.
# Characters.HandyManny: Lily herself is 22 years old, and her son, Junior, is 4 years old. So that made her 18 years old when she gave "birth" to her son Junior.
# Characters.{{Merli}}: She is a mom after having a pregnancy pretty young.
# PlayingWith.BackToSchool: Alice takes classes online or by correspondence. Alice is 19, and entering college as a freshman. Alice is only changing her major or transferring schools. Alice dropped out of high school when she faced a TeenPregnancy. She is now finding that getting a job is difficult because she doesn't have a high school diploma, and wonders about going back, but then decides it would be too difficult to go back to school with a baby or toddler to look after. Alice is only going to take the GED exam. Metaphorically True: Alice has taken a job as the school's janitor, almighty or not.
# Series.{{Dinosaurs}}: Used as a brief gag in "Network Genius", where we see a brief scene from a show called Pangea Hills: Dino210. The scene has a teenage dinosaur inform her friend that she is "in trouble". When asked to prove it, she shows that she has just laid an egg.
# Recap.GilmoreGirlsS01E16: Discussed in a roundabout way. Dean insists you don't get pregnant saying "I love you."
# Characters.TheWitcher2019TheNorthernKingdoms: According to the timeline, she was 18 when Pavetta was born.
# Fanfic.IslandOfFire: Cho Chang becomes Atlantis' first mother, when she's around fifteen-sixteen years old. She's rather anxious about it, being stranded far away from civilization, her family, and frankly any proper experts on childbirth.
# Characters.WithPearlAndRubyGlowingThePalacePartTwo: RaisedByGrandparents: She mentions staying with her grandmother after something happened involving her parents, her exact wording indicating it having been several years ago. It's later revealed in Blood of the Covenant that the incident was her accidental TeenPregnancy and her father forcing her to give up the baby.
# Series.{{Amen}}: A young member of the choir is pregnant and Reverend Gregory tries to kick her out. Surprisingly, Deacon Frye defends her after he delivers her baby. He also convinces the baby's father to marry her in a later episode.
# Radar.ScoobyDooMysteryIncorporated: Continuing off of Fred possibly being a Heroic Bastard, it turns out that Mayor Jones had him a couple of years after meeting the original Mystery Incorporated while attending college. It's never indicated if Jones had already graduated by then, so it certainly edges on the possibility that he had Fred while in college, which makes the possible reasons behind why Fred's mother left even more depressing. Of course, that's what the public may think. To an arguably lesser extent, Fred's real parents, Brad and Judy, likely had him in the 18-20 year old range.
# Characters.{{Ophelia}}: She states she was only nineteen years old when she discovered she was pregnant. This wasn't unusual for the time period; rather, it was the fact she was pregnant and unmarried that caused her problems.
# Characters.SuicideSquadSupportStaff: The 2001 series reveals that Waller had a child back when she was 16, and subsequently gave her up for adoption. The baby grew up to be Havana.
# Series.GrangeHill: Grange Hill was one of the first British soap operas to deal with it although beaten by EastEnders.
# Characters.EarthsChildrenSArmunai: She's implied to be quite young and is heavily pregnant, though this is normal in her cultural setting.
# Characters.TheVictorsProjectFallenTributesAndDistrictCitizens: Miriam was two months pregnant when she entered the Games, not that she knew at all. The baby's heartbeat was detected after she died, and her fiancé was fined a month's worth of wages for this.
# Fanfic.BlindCourage: This is attempted but subverted. When the barely 17 year old Princess Zelda becomes pregnant out of wedlock, it causes a scandal in the court. Her father and his royal advisors try to make her terminate the pregnancy but Zelda refuses. One of the advisors sneaks a poison into the princess' food, which causes Zelda to get rapidly sick. She spends a week asleep but her nursemaid Impa is able to save the baby. The incident, however, led to Zelda's daughter being born blind and made Zelda into an ill girl who suffers from chronic illness.
# Fanfic.ToFillTheVoid: DeadFic: Last updated in August 2019. Downplayed in that the main premise of the fic, the TeenPregnancy storyline, is already complete.
# Recap.MaudeS1E9MaudesDilemmaPart1: Maude has a nine-year-old grandson from Carol, the daughter of her second husband. If Maude is indeed 47, then both she and Carol must have started very young.
# Recap.OneTreeHillS2E02TruthDoesntMakeANoise: Discussed as Brooke assumes that this is the real reason for Nathan and Haley’s marriage, and keeps insisting on the matter to the point that Haley has to reveal her birth control to Brooke so that she finally accepts that the marriage was because they love each other.
# Literature.DegrassiJuniorHigh: Spike goes into detail about how she deals with her TeenPregnancy, including her visits to the doctor and her being ousted from school by the PTA thanks to a 300-signature petition.
# YMMV.{{Kodocha}}: There are other moments that deal with TeenPregnancy and possible rape, as it is implied with Sana's biological mom being impregnated at 13 years old by her uncle, Abusive Parents (it's implied that Tsuyoshi's dad was not only an alcoholic but that he physically abused him and his mother, as well), Suicide (Akito having thoughts early on resulting in the aforementioned knife scene, and Komori later wanting to die with him), and a (fortunately unsuccessful) attempt by Sana to use underage Sex as Rite-of-Passage as a plot device for her and Akito in a very misguided attempt to ensure that the two would always stay together. Not to mention the realities of being an adopted child and a child actor.
# Characters.HarryPotterOrderOfThePhoenixMembers: Aberforth got a girl pregnant when he was sixteen but she was sent away and everyone thought his child (Credence/Aurelius) drowned in a shipwreck as a baby.
# Series.DegrassiJuniorHigh: DarkerAndEdgier: Typical The Kids of Degrassi Street plot - Kid goes downtown to buy clothes on his own for the first time. First major DJH plot - TeenPregnancy.
# Literature.Hometown2014: SmallTownBoredom: Reason for many of the dumb and dangerous things the citizens of Belford do, especially the teens. For a common result, see TeenPregnancy.
# Fanfic.CourseCorrections: Subverted. Because teenager Kara arrived at Smallville together with baby Kal, some folks -specially teenagers- got into their heads that Kal was her son, and Kara grew quickly tired of explaining over and again he is her baby cousin.
# Characters.XenobladeChronicles3Moebius: Implied, Agnians and Kevesi only live for a decade and come out at ten years old, and their son is roughly around 1 or 2 when Noah joins her in death, so she would've had him roughly around her eight or ninth Terms, or 17-18 years old.
# UsefulNotes.MormonCinema: Only Once (1998) — A short film, often shown in LDS seminary classes, about TeenPregnancy. It's based on Douglas and Donlu Thayer's short book Greg & Kellie, though it mostly focuses on Greg's side of the story.
# Characters.XenobladeChronicles3Heroes: Looking at her and Ghondor's ages in the Affinity chart (33 and 18 respectively) makes it clear that she had her when she was only in her mid-teens.
# Fanfic.FriendsWithEverybody: The human Derpy is revealed to be pregnant at the end of A Heated Problem, though it comes out later that she was already pregnant before that story began. She eventually gives birth in Arrival.
# Characters.ShiNiAruki: Her Sailor Fuku implies that she was in middle or high school at the time she gave birth.
# Characters.BigBrother16Evicted: Brittany had her first child at the young age of 17 and has had three kids at the age of only 29. She had sex with her former husband and ended up getting pregnant, which led to a rushed marriage. She ended up marrying off mostly to avoid being saddled with the difficulties of raising children as an unwed teen mother, which, unfortunately, led to her and her ex-spouse having a fight years later when the two realized they hadn't married out of love, but out of obligation.
# Manga.HisAndHerCircumstances: NoPeriodsPeriod: At some point, Yukino realizes that her period hasn't come in at least two months and wonders if she's pregnant. Considering the TeenPregnancy trope below, she's right.
# Manga.SakendeYaruze: Misao becomes pregnant when she and Shino are both 17. Nakaya also gets a pregnancy scare with his girlfriend at the same age, though thankfully it doesn't pan out.
# Fanfic.{{Offspring}}: Link mentions that he's in his late teens. Mipha was presumably around the same age.
# Characters.WithPearlAndRubyGlowingWaterOfTheWomb: Leni ended up pregnant due to her assault and ended up giving birth to Lily.
# Series.TheUpshaws: Regina and Bennie's adult son from a TeenPregnancy
# Series.BoardwalkEmpire: Gillian gave birth to Jimmy at the age of 13. In-universe Luciano mistakes her for Jimmy's wife.
# Manga.WildAdapter: Endemic. Kubota was ignored; Komiya is responsible for his mother; Saori's family washes their hands of her; Shouta is a latchkey kid; Yoshirou was abused and disowned. Kubota: They're around. But that's all they are.
# Series.BurdenOfTruth: Gerrilyn, Luna's mother, had her when she was underage.
# Characters.AndiMack: She and her boyfriend presumably had unprotected sex before they were done with high school, resulting in Andi. Do the math. She's clearly not a day above 30 by the series premiere.
# PlayingWith.FutureLoser: Alice, the head cheerleader at Troperville High School graduates. At the five year high school reunion, it's revealed that she got pregnant in college, dropped out, and now works as a fry-cook and a stripper to support her child. Meanwhile, Betty, the Geek girl that she used to pick on landed herself a great job and is now engaged to Alice's old boyfriend from high school. Jacque Strapp, the former captain of the football team, flunked out of college and now works as an Office Drone in an attempt to support a bitchy wife and four children. He is also now overweight and balding. Meanwhile, Bob from the chess club is a dotcom millionaire married to a supermodel and has overcome that Geek Physique he had back in school...and is Jacque's boss.
# YMMV.TheParkers: Her father hasn't forgiven her for having Kim out of high school and putting her education on hold and had even belittled her before he was called out it.
# MirrorCharacter.LiveActionTV: On Gilmore Girls, Jess and Rory are nearly the same character with a few difference that often mean they play foils for each other. Both the product of teenage pregnancies, they were raised by single mothers and had absent fathers; they share a Commonality Connection over literature, music, and pop culture. They’re both highly intelligent and skilled writers, both ending the series as novelists. However, Rory was raised with love and stability, while Jess was left to raise himself by a Junkie Parent and shipped off to Luke when she didn’t want to deal with him anymore. She is a Wide-Eyed Idealist at the start of the series while he is a loner with trust issues. However, despite ending the series in different places, fans have noted that their character arcs mirror each other, such as this Youtube video that does a side-by-side scene comparison. Word of God says they were written as “really understanding” each other, and this trope is probably part of the reason why.
# Characters.DotHackSecondGeneration: Potentially, given that she got married as a teen and her son's death and her divorce happened when she was 24.
# Music.BlankBanshee: AMistakeIsBorn: The first album has a song called "TeenPregnancy", which the only words in the song are "I'm just a kid" and "It was just a little mistake." This was confirmed by Simpsonwave music video by Lucien Hughes, in which the song is starred by Bart Simpson using various "flashback" chapters in which appears that Bart was a mistake, just like in those referenced episodes.
# VideoGame.TheSuicideOfRachelFoster: We learn at the beginning of the game that Leonard got Rachel pregnant when she was 16, although she died nine weeks into the pregnancy.
# Fridge.TheJetsons: George is forty and Jane is thirty-three. Judy is sixteen. This means that George was twenty-four and Jane was seventeen when she became pregnant with Judy.
# Characters.{{Rebirth}}: Implied. She has known Noah the longest and been by his side since early childhood, but Parish moved very, very fast.
# PracticallyDifferentGenerations.LiveActionTV: Sylvie Brett is the result of a TeenPregnancy her birth mother Julie had when she was 16. In the present day, Julie ends up pregnant again at 46, making her an Absurdly Elderly Mother. She later dies giving birth to Sylvie's half-sister Amelia.
# WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids.ComicBooks: This One Summer by Mariko and Jillian Tamaki is a Coming of Age Story about two preteen friends who spend their summer at a small town, which already sounds like an innocent preteens' tale. The graphic novel carries strong profanity, frequent sex talk, and dark themes of adolescence, such as a TeenPregnancy and suicide attempt. The fact it ironically won a Caldecott Honor fooled many parents and kids into thinking it's for kids.
# Theatre.LoveInHateNation: IHaveNoSon: Miss Asp to her daughter for "ruining her life" by being the result of a TeenPregnancy that led to her own incarceration and inability to get married. It reaches truly monstrous heights, such as letting her fry to death.
# Blog.AskAPony: Scootaloo, who was thirteen when it happened.
# Manga.ParadiseKiss: George's mom is still in her thirties. She had George when she was still very young.
# Recap.GilmoreGirlsS06E01: Lorelai argues that Rory needs to make this mistake, just as Lorelai had to go through that one.
# Recap.InspectorLynleyS01E04MissingJoseph: Maggie's birth mother was in her teens when she had her, which is why Juliet thought she could take her and no one would care, justifying it to herself that she was giving Maggie a better life.
# ComicBook.LauraDeanKeepsBreakingUpWithMe: Early on, Doodle says that age of consent laws and maturity are arbitrary, since you could be a mature 16-year-old or an immature 20-year-old. While this line may seem somewhat random on a first time read, this scene foreshadows the reveal that Doodle is pregnant, after a much older married man took advantage of her.
# Fanfic.NewIslandLife: After their night in the Love Hotel, Jiraiya and Angie find out that the latter is pregnant.
# YMMV.{{Madonna}}: The "baby" in "Papa Don't Preach" is either the singer's boyfriend or a literal baby.
# Recap.PeekingThroughTheFourthWallAfterDark3: Subverted. Fanfic Luan thinks Bobby got her pregnant, but he didn't.
# Theatre.TheTrailToOregon: MeaningfulName: "Independence" happens to be both the real life starting point for the Oregon Trail (Independence, MO) and the thing the people on the trail are seeking. The fact that the Son happened to be named "Craphole" in the YouTube version of the show may have played a role in the audience choosing him to die of dysentery that night. Audiences named the Daughter "Mistake" or "Mishap" multiple times, possibly because the audience member in question had seen the show and knew about the TeenPregnancy backstory. (Perhaps riffing on this further, one audience named the Son "Adopted" in order to add backstory.) Naming the Father "Jack Bauer" was not only appropriate given his violent rampage to get his daughter back, it's also a (probably unintentional) Stealth Pun, since "Bauer" means "farmer" in German.
# Characters.RoseanneAndTheConners: She was pregnant with Becky when she was 18.
# MisaimedFandom.LiveActionTV: Girls have tried to get pregnant to audition for 16 and Pregnant, even though the point of the show is to show how difficult TeenPregnancy is.

# Series.GameOn: As revealed in "Crabs", Mandy had a daughter, named Sarah, during her teenage years with her former boyfriend, Stoat. By the time of the series, she had given the child up for adoption and said child never appears.
# WMG.YoungSheldon: she didn't reconcile with her husband, B: she wasn't carrying triplets in "The Bow Tie Asymmetry", and C: the theory about Missy undergoing a TeenPregnancy (see below) is Jossed.
# Characters.MagicalGirlSite: Kuraki raped and impregnated her. While Hyouka planned to help get the money needed for an abortion, Tsurara sinks further into despair and decides to trick her boyfriend into believing he's the father.

# WebAnimation.WelcomeTo: Duck Fayce is only 13 in the video, yet parties and gets drunk with her friends and is apparently a huge slut, to the point where she's already pregnant. She writes about One Direction having sex with her, but her complete lack of sexual knowledge makes it pretty apparent that she's a child who doesn't know what the hell she's doing.
# Literature.{{Impossible}}: All the Scarborough girls, at 17.
# Characters.AckleyBridge: Becomes pregnant with Aaron's baby, but decides to have an abortion.
# Fanfic.TwinHeroesOfRemnant: ReasonableAuthorityFigure: Ozpin as per canon. Especially when the narration treats TeenPregnancy occurring in cases of co-ed dormsnote remember that Beacon student teams share dorms regardless of gender, as a very real possibilty. He has a special nursery for the newborns that not even Gyro's been able to find, and he was able to find the secret basement leading to the Beacon relic.
# Series.GCB: Plenty of the characters fall under this category, one episode revealed Amanda to be a Teen Mom, which oddly is supposed to set her as a fallen woman amongst her old classmates.
# Literature.TheBoneClocks: MissConception: Fifteen-year-old Holly firmly believes that virgins can't get pregnant. This leads to the TeenPregnancy described below.
# Fanfic.ParagonKimPossible: Josh's mother was sixteen when he was born.
# Recap.LawAndOrderS16E2Flaw: A teen April gave birth and buried the baby.
# Wrestling.TitusONeil: He was born to an 11-year old mother.
# Literature.TheAliceNetwork: Practically every character has a tragic past and psychological issues, including Finn, a Shell-Shocked Veteran and ex-convict with anger issues; Charlie, a grieving pregnant teen, whose brother killed himself; Eve, an ex-spy who's been through torture and has had more or less every friend she's made leave her; Cameron, another shell-shocked ex-con (he also has issues with his wife); and numerous others.
