WesternAnimation/MyDadTheBountyHunter: Pam is the new representative of the United Horizons Conglomerate tasked with gaining control over Doloraam's Unobtainium kaletite. Despite her pleasant demeanor, Pam truly loathes having to negotiate with a "backwater planet" like Doloraam and would much rather take their kaletite by force. After Empress Gurira declines the Conglomerate's offer, Pam gleefully gives the order to destroy Doloraam, having her troops murder numerous citizens as they steal the kaletite. When her abused second-in-command, Beta, refuses to kill Shaun under her orders, Pam takes manual control of her, alongside the other shock troops, and nearly kills Shaun, and later, Lisa, herself. When Tess foils her plans, Pam takes sadistic pleasure in trying to kill her; happily admitting that the Conglomerate doesn't even need kaletite to prosper and that she's motivated solely by greed.

What's the Work?

WesternAnimation/MyDadTheBountyHunter is an unfortunately overlooked Netflix sci-fi animated series that follows kids Lisa and Shaun, who sneak along with their father to his work, only to discover that he's a renowned galactic bounty hunter. Things spiral out of control from there once they discover that their dad's employer, the Endless Horizon Conglomerate, is far more insidious than they appear. Chief among them is their latest representative...

Who is Pam? What has she done?

Pam, voiced by Creator/ChelseaPeretti in a decidedly less comedic role, is the new representative of the Conglomerate following their rebrand to appear more benevolent and the BigBad of Season 2. Tasked with gaining control of the planet Doloraam's chief resource, Unobtanium kaletite, to power their gates, Pam initially puts on a friendly, personable act to the Doloraame's royal court to convince them to give control of their resources to the Conglomerate. Behind closed doors though, she's very much annoyed of having to negotiate with the people of a "backwater planet". Abducting Lisa and Shaun following their breaking into a EHC prison facility in an attempt to find where their dad was, Pam only relents on throwing them in jail when she realizes that they're the children of a missing Dolorammi princess, their mom Tess, who has broken into the EHC ship to save them. She then captures the family and returns them to Doloraam's king and queen solely as a means to sweeten the deal and encourage the royals to hand over their kaletite.

When the queen ultimately reject the deal, saying their kaletite is too valuable to their culture to merely sell while personally compensating Pam for reuniting their family, Pam, smugly replying "We weren't asking", and cheerfully gives the order to raze all of Doloraam and taking the kaletite by force. When she discovers Shaun and honorary family member Blobby attempting to shut down the warp gate sending in EHC troops, she tasks her robot assistant, Beta, with killing the two. When Beta has a change of heart, she takes control of her and attempts to kill Shaun herself. After the warp gate is shut down, Pam takes manual control of the rest of her robotic troops, resulting in more brutal behavior, and attempts to kill Lisa.

Once Tess finds Pam's ship and severs her connection to the shock troops, stopping the invasion, the two of them crash land in a valley where Pam reveals her true form as a monstrous crocodile; taunting Tess over how her people should be grateful that they even offered a deal and didn't just steal their resources from the start. When Tess points out that the Conglomerate already have so much control over the galaxy and don't even need the kaletite or warp gates, Pam basically replies that it's the way of the world for the strong to devour the weak. Pam then sadistically attempts to murder her in a fight to the death before Tess uses her Doloraami powers to slice her in half.

Heinousness?

Heinousness isn't a remote issue. Pam is easily the worst the show has to offer. They don't remotely gloss over that she wants nothing short of Doloraam's total destruction to get their kaletite and the mass death that entails, complete with a GoryDiscretionShot of one of her Betas gunning down a pair of civilians, several more getting caught in explosions, guards being gunned downed and laid to rest; with it being all but stated that there were casualties beyond those.

Mitigating Factors?

Now Pam, while not the head honcho of the Conglomerate, is very much a high ranking member and isn't portrayed as merely a cog in the machine. She's the one who gives the order to raze the planet and it's made apparent that she's enjoying every second of it. Think Grand Moff Tarkin. As for her claims to be well-meaning and that the Conglomerate wants what's best for the universe, it's made abundantly clear that her words are completely hollow and her affable
demeanor is merely a front to hide that she's motivated purely by greed.

Verdict?

I personally think she keeps.
