Having killed countless people on Lionfish's behalf, women and children included, Feliks would murder Alex Sokolov, before [[StalkerWithACrush stalking]] his one-night stand, Cassandra "Cassie" Bowden, back to New York, entering her life as Buckley Ware, and killing several other people Cassie comes into contact with, such as a woman whom Feliks throws off a building, an FBI agent [[PsychoKnifeNut whose throat Feliks slashes]], and nearly killing Max by running him over with a car. Feliks would then attempt to kill Miranda and Cassie before tracking the latter down in Rome to strangle her there before stabbing both Miranda and Enrico, and would [[ManipulativeBastard manipulate]] a woman to kill Cassie for him while he's still in prison.

* ''Series/BladeTheSeries'':
** Brian Boone begins as a familiar of [[BigBad Marcus Van Sciver]]. A [[DirtyCop corrupt cop]] who cleans up the vampires' messes and helps deliver innocent humans to them to be drained, Boone is eventually betrayed by Marcus and fed to the newly turned Kira Starr. Awakening as a vampire and escaping, Boone kills every vampire and human around to cover his tail before slaughtering his way across the state, murdering almost everyone who crosses his path before kidnapping a young woman to offer to the House of Armaya's vicious leader Damek in return for sanctuary, then using another vampire as a shield when Marcus's team comes to kill him.
** Charlotte, Marcus's immediate superior in the House of Chthon, is a Pureblood vampire who [[CreepyChild resembles a young girl]]. Sanctioning the Aurora experiments with numerous vampires killed, Charlotte also enjoys frequently [[EatsBabies killing human infants to feed on]]. After surviving Marcus's assassination attempt, Charlotte kills numerous humans to turn them as CannonFodder against Blade before using her appearance to trick and drain a nearby detective.
** Damek of the House of Armaya is a greedy, thuggish mobster of a vampire who through his many centuries has killed countless people. In the late 1800s, Damek first met the then-mortal Marcus who refused to pay protection money. Damek proceeded to rape and murder Marcus's wife Isabelle, sending Marcus to be tortured and killed. Upon being confronted by Marcus, Damek reveals he has [[SerialRapist raped]] and [[SerialKiller killed]] so many, he [[ButForMeItWasTuesday cannot even remember Marcus or Isabelle]], laughing at the irony of Marcus burning with hate for him over a century.

** "The Book of Job": The unnamed [[SociopathicSoldier black ops soldier]] purchases [[TheSmartGuy Job]] from a [[HumanTrafficking human auction site]] where he would proceed to [[ColdBloodedTorture torture]] Job for twenty months. The torture methods include blinding his eyes with burning lights; spraying a naked Job with a fire hose; and leaving him dangling on a noose for days, the last of which cause Job's [[DrivenToSuicide suicide]], which the soldier prevents only so he can torture him more. When Job's allies try to buy Job from him, the soldier, implied to have many more victims, tries to have them killed with Job and steal their money.

* ''Series/BloodAndTreasure'' Season 2: [[TheHeavy Batu]] serves as the "acting" Great Khan for [[BigBad Violet]], where he would send her army to attack numerous locations in his search for the Spirit Banner of UsefulNotes/GenghisKhan, leading to countless bloodshed and deaths throughout the world. Batu would also break Simon Hardwick out of prison to force Hardwick to aid him in his search for the Banner, branding Hardwick when the latter tried making a move behind Batu's back, and later killing off Hardwick's group of white-hat hackers so they wouldn't get in his way. [[BadBoss Batu]] shows the rest of his men this kind of cruelty, [[FedToTheBeast feeding them to crocodiles]] should they fail him. Batu's also believes that the Spirit Banner contained a virus that would kill off anyone that doesn't have Genghis Khan's DNA, a virus which Batu intends to unleash onto the world to wipe out everyone he deems lacking in superior genes.

** "[[Recap/CastleS4E15Pandora Pandora]]" & "[[Recap/CastleS4E16Linchpin Linchpin]]": [[DoubleAgent Sophia Turner]] is a [[UsefulNotes/MoscowCentre KGB]] sleeper agent [[TheMole implanted in the CIA]] who desires to bring the United States of America to ruin due to her side, the Soviet Union, not winning the UsefulNotes/ColdWar. To this end, Sophia joins a group of like-minded individuals and initiates the catastrophic Pandora event by killing Nelson Blakely and Tracy [=McGrath=] while framing CIA agent Thomas Gage for her murders. Sophia then kills Gage and frames Martin Danberg for the crime before attempting to kill Richard Castle and Kate Beckett, while also having her accomplice assassinate the young Mia Ganghong so her father the Chinese finance minister won't pay off America's debt. This results in America's financial ruin and being unable to protect their ally countries, allowing their enemies to invade them and potentially kick-start WorldWarIII.
** "[[Recap/CastleS5E17ScaredToDeath Scared to Death]]": [[SerialKiller Nigel Malloy]], the [[RedBaron Grim Reaper]], tortured numerous women to death by branding them. Malloy lets a mentally unstable man, David Collier, take the fall for his first murder, resulting in David [[DrivenToSuicide killing himself]], while Malloy goes on to torture and kill five more women, [[ManipulativeBastard manipulating]] his mentally ill brother, Leopold, into helping him commit these heinous crimes. When Malloy is found and arrested, Malloy [[DyingCurse declares]] that more people will die after he's been executed, which proves to be true when David's daughter, Amanda, kills two people as a result of Malloy's actions.

** "[[Recap/CastleS8E3PhDead PhDead]]": [[PsychoPsychologist Dr. Barbara Lillstrom]] is a [[EvilTeacher professor]] at Hudson University hired by the US Navy to recreate the 1971 StanfordPrisonExperiment. Lillstrom would trick many college students into becoming test subjects for her experiments, imprisoning them for prolonged periods of time as she subjects them to [[MindRape mental and psychological torture]]. When two of her subjects, Amy and Peter Garber, escape her prison, Amy has a mental breakdown and murders Peter as a result of Lillstrom's actions, while attempting to subject Richard Castle and his daughter, Alexis, to the same torture to hide her own role in Peter's death. Arrested by Kate Beckett, Lillstrom reveals Peter's sexual relationship with Dean Feller to save [[ItsAllAboutMe herself]] when Beckett threatens to reveal Lillstrom's inhumane experiment if she doesn't provide any information.

* ''[[Series/Criminal2019 Criminal: Spain]]'''s "Carmen": [[NoNameGiven Carmen's unnamed father]] is a vile excuse of a [[ParentalNeglect neglectful parent]] who subjects Carmen and her younger autistic sister to [[AbusiveParents beatings]] if Carmen doesn't do what he wants. Carmen's father was also [[ParentalIncest raping her]], resulting in Carmen [[MercyKill killing her younger sister]] upon learning her father's desires to rape the latter.

* ''Series/DeadSet'': [[TokenEvilTeammate Patrick Goad]], the producer of ''Series/BigBrother'', started off as a {{Jerkass}}, but during the zombie outbreak, [[HumansAreTheRealMonsters he becomes something much worse]]. He abandons his staff and shoves a disabled person to the hoards of zombies, [[DirtyCoward all to save himself]]. After forcing himself into the ''Big Brother'' house, he decides to grind the dead houseguests into bait for zombies, much to the survivors' disgust. After being tied up for threatening to endanger the survivors, Patrick manipulates Joplin into freeing him, and hold the others survivors hostage, even killing one himself. This led to Joplin opening the gates, unleashing the zombie hoards and killing the remaining survivors, including Patrick.

* ''Series/TheFive2016'': Even in this world of BlackAndGrayMorality, these two manage to stand out:
** Jakob Marosi is a SerialKiller and SerialRapist who preys on [[WouldHurtAChild children]]. In the past, he filmed children that he would stalk, [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil rape]] and murder on the tapes "Track", "Pain", and "Kill" respectively. He has done this to five children while intending to make Jesse Wells his sixth victim before his biological father saved Jesse. Locked up in the present day, he offers the police to show them where he "buried" Jesse, only to trick them into discovering an unidentified girl he had killed.
** [[StarterVillain Jay Newman]] is a record producer who’s revealed to have kidnapped numerous women and imprison them for five years just so that he could [[SerialRapist rape them continuously]]. His first victim was Britnay Shearer, who he forces to lure in five more women for him. When Britnay and Gemma escape from Jay's imprisonment, he takes his rage out on Selena Callaway by beating her to death before putting his three remaining {{Sex Slave}}s behind his sound booth.
* ''Series/TheFlightAttendant'':

Planning to [[FrameUp frame]] Cassie Bowden for her crimes, Karlson forces Grace St. James to disguise herself as Cassie and kill 6 innocent people, before ordering her to also kill Cassie and her fellow CIA agents Benjamin Berry and Shane Evans. When Grace [[DrivenToSuicide commits suicide]] in front of Cassie as a result of Karlson's manipulations, Karlson takes Cassie to her home where she tries killing her there.

* ''Series/FutureMan'':
** [[MadScientist Dr. Stuart "Stu" Gavin Camillo]] was a scientist working for Elias Kronish, and responsible for creating the BadFuture in Season 2. Upon Kronish's death, Stu takes over in creating the cure for all diseases and gives it to the worst of humanity, where their abuse of it leads to global war, resulting in massive loss of life and resources while Stu [[BrainUploading uploads his consciousness]] to an artificial intelligence, becoming immortal and ruling over what remains. He has also conducted horrific experiments on 4,891 people by forcibly uploading their conciseness into his mainframe which led to their deaths. In the year 2162, he has his people give up their physical bodies and free will to upload their consciousness into his mainframe, dubbed Mankind's Automated Reality Systems (M.A.R.S.), by tricking them into thinking they'll be traveling to the planet Mars; those that refuse to go along will be murdered by his army of robots. When he learns that [[ActionSurvivor Josh Futterman]] is attempting to invade his mainframe, Stu plans to trap Josh there so he can torture him for all of eternity. While [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist claiming]] to be saving the human race, he's just a [[PsychopathicManchild childish megalomaniac]] who just wants [[ControlFreak complete control]], and when he gets exposed by his LustObject Tiger, he orders his robotic army to exterminate all of humanity, including Tiger and his own daughter Ty-Anne.
** [[DirtyCop Marshal Mathers]] has the [[TimePolice time cops]] capture Josh, Tiger, and Wolf in Season 2, and forces them to compete in the [[AmusementParkOfDoom Diecathlon]] as entertainment; she has also kidnapped countless others for the Diecathlon beforehand, which led to their brutal deaths. When the trio escape the Diecathlon in Season 3, Mathers has her time cops and the [[KillerRobot Killing Machine]] pursue them with intent to kill, having them massacre numerous people throughout in timelines the trio have visited. When learning that her pursuit would lead to the destruction of the space-time continuum, Mathers is indifferent to the catastrophe, continuing her relentless hunt of them, leading to time collapsing on itself in the year 1999. Finding out that her co-worker, Susan, is working with the trio to repair time, Mathers captures Susan and subjects him to ElectricTorture where she reveals her plans to usurp Susan's position as host of the Diecathlon force Susan to participate in the death-gauntlet while taking his wife and daughter away from him; Mathers considered feeding them to her dogs before deciding to just kill them herself and force Susan to watch.

** The Blue Gloves/"Hands of Blue" are a duo of [[MysteriousMercenaryPursuer independent contractors]] hired by [[Characters/FireflyAlliance the Alliance]] to capture the Tam siblings. The Blue Gloves hunt the ''Serenity'' across the 'Verse, killing anyone in their way as they go, and employ a variety of schemes to capture the two, [[ComicBook/{{Serenity}} notably]] allying with Dobson in an attempt to kill the entire crew. The most evil aspect of them, however, is their use of a [[BrownNote sonic device that painfully kills their targets by rupturing their insides until they melt]], which they use to [[Recap/FireflyE09Ariel kill an entire Alliance building]], systematically checking all of the bodies and murdering any who still cling to life to ensure none survive the massacre, just because a couple of the guards had interacted with the Tams, and the Blue Gloves seek to keep all information possible to themselves.

** "[[Recap/CreepshowS1E12TimesIsToughInMuskyHoller Times is Tough in Musky Holler]]":

* ''Series/{{Castle}}'':

*** [[TheSpook V.M. Varga]] is an enigmatic supposed middle manager representing the Narwhal company. In reality, Varga's [[TheDon the head of a criminal enterprise]] who [[CorruptCorporateExecutive threatens his way into Emmit Stussy's company]]. To send a message to his unwilling business partner, Varga murders Emmit's lawyer, Irv, for [[HeKnowsTooMuch merely trying to Google Varga]]. Anti-Semitic to the point of considering Jews "[[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain half-animals]]", Varga takes every opportunity to harass Emmit's Jewish best friend and business partner, Sy, which culminates in poisoning him, causing Sy's subsequent coma and brain damage. Whenever blood needs spilling, Varga unleashes [[CoDragons Yuri and Meemo]], and is apathetic to the excessive collateral damage they leave in their wake. One instance has an assassination attempt on a single woman leading to them derailing a prison bus and murdering numerous prisoners, police, and innocent bystanders for getting in their way. When Emmit confesses to accidentally killing his brother, Ray before Varga's done using him, Varga orders his men to murder anyone in the area with the last name Stussy in a convoluted plot to make Ray's death [[SerialKillingsSpecificTarget look like the work of a serial killer]]. Varga, a man defined by his [[{{Greed}} insatiable greed]], believes that the lives of the wealthy have inherently more value than poor ones, and is compelled to consume everything in his wake regardless of those he kills in the process.

** "[[Recap/CreepshowS1E12TimesIsToughInMuskyHoller Times is Tough in Musky Holler]]": [[CorruptPolitician Lester M. Barclay]] is the former [[MayorPain mayor]] of the titular Musky Holler city. After a ZombieApocalypse plagued the world, Lester came into Musky Holler offering his aid to the townsfolk. As soon as he was elected mayor, he used his power in office to overthrow and kill his predecessor, along with anyone else who challenged him. During his time as mayor, Lester had his followers spread propaganda about his laws, sanctioned his police force to rape and murder as they pleased, and imprisoned anyone who spoke out against him. Lester also created a sadistic, publicized game called "Live Pie", where a group of civilians would slowly be swarmed by zombies headfirst with no way of defending themselves.

* ''Series/{{Cursed}}'': [[SinisterMinister Father Carden]] is the leader of the Red Paladins, hoping to make a name for himself with the Pope by bringing the church into power in Camelot and [[FinalSolution wiping out the fey people]]. Carden is [[EstablishingCharacterMoment introduced]] having a fey boy taken to be killed, having wiped out twelve fey villages, including heroine [[Myth/TheLadyOfTheLake Nimue]]'s, which left few survivors. Carden has also taken and weaponized a young fey, Lancelot, into being the Paladins' top warrior for his ability to track other fey. Carden seeks out Nimue and the Sword of Power, having those who get in his way killed; notably, he has Nimue's friend Gawain tortured for information upon capture, and orders the torture of Nimue's [[WouldHurtAChild child]] friend Squirrel when the latter tries to rescue Gawain, who dies of his injuries. Carden tries to [[PlayingBothSides play both sides]] of King Uther and Cumber's war, eventually siding with Cumber when Uther grants favour with the fey. As per their deal, Cumber's army is sent to massacre the fey refugees fleeing the kingdom, in return for the Paladins attacking Uther's camp, with Carden leading the latter attack. Carden then tries to personally execute Nimue when she's captured and brought before him.

* ''Series/BattlestarGalactica2003'':
** [[BigBad Brother John Cavil]], aka [[ItsAllAboutMe Number One]], is the ''de facto'' leader of the Cylons, and the [[PsychoPrototype first model of the Significant Eight]] made by the Final Five, the progenitors of the race. Angered by his creators' decision to give him a human body, Cavil [[CainAndAbel kills his brother Daniel]] out of jealousy, wiping out the line before wiping the minds of his five parents and placing them on the Twelve Colonies. Cavil then initiates a [[NukeEm nuclear holocaust]] against the human worlds, killing most of humanity, and then afterwards spearheads the campaign to kill the survivors, [[KickTheMoralityPet killing a young orphan boy just because they were becoming friends]]. When his siblings vote for peace with humanity, Cavil perverts it by enslaving them on New Caprica, using a ScarpiaUltimatum to rape his mother, Ellen Tigh, while torturing and mutilating his father, Saul Tigh. As information on the Final Five is discovered, Cavil reacts by permanently boxing the Threes and lobotomizing the Raiders, wiping out the Sixes, Twos, and Eights when they object, leaving only a handful alive. When the Resurrection Hub is destroyed, Cavil kidnaps and tries to dissect little Hera Agathon to uncover the secret to Cylon resurrection. While John claims he wants to be a robot more than anything, he [[StrawHypocrite willfully succumbs]] to the lowest human instincts he so hates: vengeance, lust, and sadism.
** "[[Recap/BattlestarGalactica2003S02E14BlackMarket Black Market]]": [[FromCamouflageToCriminal Phelan]], the ex-military mercenary turned crime lord, runs the [[BlackMarket titular market]], which includes a [[WouldHurtAChild child prostitution ring]]. Having Jack Fisk murdered for trying to get more compensation, when investigated by Lee Adama, Phelan kidnaps Shevan and her daughter Paya. Selling the latter into the ring, Phelan threatens to cut up the former in an attempt to get Lee to back down.

** [[{{Yandere}} Steve Curtis]] is the ex-boyfriend of Nurse Samantha Taggart, and the father of her son, Alex. [[DisappearedDad An unreliable deadbeat]], Steve nevertheless becomes obsessed with re-inserting himself into Sam and Alex's lives, and after being arrested for armed robbery, he concocts an escape plan with another prisoner named Rafe Hendricks, and an EMT named Mary. Steve and Rafe fake a fight that gets them brought to Cook County, where they grab Sam after being freed by Mary. When the getaway goes awry, Steve and Rafe shoot up the hospital, injuring and possibly killing numerous people, before taking off with Sam and a kidnapped Alex. [[RunForTheBorder On the way to Canada]], Steve [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness guns down Rafe and Mary]]. Afterward, Steve implies that he is willing [[PaterFamilicide to kill Sam, Alex, and himself]] rather than see them all be separated again, right before he rapes Sam.

** ''[[Recap/BlackMirrorDemon79 Demon 79]]'': [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain Michael Smart]], a [[VillainWithGoodPublicity charismatic and beloved]] conservative politician, is in fact a psychopathic fascist with nightmarish plans for Britain. As a child, Smart stoned a dog to death and only got worse from there. In a BadFuture where Smart is elected as Prime Minister, Britain falls under the totalitarian control of the [[PuttingOnTheReich Britannia Party]], becoming a PoliceState where mass surveillance is implemented and the streets are in flames, with Smart's racist regime being responsible for an untold amount of deaths. The pinnacle of evil in the ''Black Mirror'' universe, Smart's cruelty is so great that even demons from Hell are said to admire him.

* ''Series/TheBill'':
** "What Kind of Man?": [[WouldHurtAChild Donald Blake]] poses as a kindly family man and charity worker, but is actually a SerialKiller and child molester. Finding the abuse of children thrilling, Blake exploited his access to schools to [[SerialRapist sexually assault dozens of children under his care]]. Coming across a boy called Graham one night, Blake took him to a secluded location and raped him, before strangling him to death when Graham grew hysterical and tried to escape. Finding the experience intensely pleasurable, Blake then abducted a girl called Jenny and raped and killed her as well before going on to murder another two children while using his job as a cover. Arrested while looking for a new victim, Blake treated the whole thing as a game and remorselessly confessed to all of his crimes, boasting about the [[FameThroughInfamy infamy he would achieve]].
** "Living It Down": [[SerialRapist Michael Welsh]] is the head of a local [[WouldHurtAChild child pornography ring]]. Grooming vulnerable children and teenagers across Sun Hill, Welsh would lure them to his house and rape them while filming the ordeal, afterwards selling each film to his local clients and making hundreds from each one. When a 13-year-old girl called Debbie stayed at his house along with two runaways, Welsh orchestrated her violent gang rape and participated himself [[ForTheEvulz for fun]], his operation only being stopped when Debbie reported him, resulting in his arrest.
** "When Justice Isn't Enough" three-parter: [[SoftSpokenSadist Michael Keenan]] is a voyeuristic SerialKiller. A psychopath since childhood, Keenan deliberately let a boy drown in front of him just to see how it would feel. Becoming psychologically addicted to the memory after realizing how powerful he felt, Keenan [[ManipulativeBastard manipulated]] his friend John Lord into strangling people to death while Keenan looked on, all while secretly setting him up to take the fall for the killings. Picking gay men due to his job at a gay bar, Keenan had Lord kill three people, making sure to prolong their deaths for as long as possible so he could hear them beg for mercy. Frustrated at not being the focus of police attention, Keenan targeted and [[CopKiller murdered PC Lance Powell]] solely to spite the investigating team and, upon being taken in for questioning, mocked the officers over the death of their friend. Angered when one of the investigating officers says Lord was the mastermind and not him, Keenan confessed everything solely so [[FameThroughInfamy he could live in infamy]].

** [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain Calvin Bunker]], Kurt Bunker's [[CainAndAbel brother]], is the leader of the Aryan Brotherhood in Banshee, where he proceeds to burn off his brother's tattoos off with a blowtorch when he denounces his allegiance to them in Season 3's finale. Appearing in Season 4, Calvin has a trespasser's head caught in a vice, where he proceeds to tighten the vice's grip, crushing his head and killing him. When his father-in-law, Randall Watts, arrives and takes over leadership, Calvin would [[HalfTheManHeUsedToBe bisect]] one of his own men on Watts's orders before killing Watts and present his head to Kai Proctor; He would also [[MaritalRapeLicense rape his own wife]] after bragging that he killed Watts, her father. When his brother, Kurt, tries to protect Calvin's wife and son safe from him, Calvin beats his work boss to death out of rage, before attempting to kill Kurt and [[PaterFamilicide his own wife and son]].

** "[[Recap/FatherBrownS3E8 The Lair of the Libertines]]": [[EgomaniacHunter Ana Demiachia]] is a self-described "[[TheHedonist hedonistic existentialist]]" obsessed with killing. Loving murder even as a child, Ana was previously a big game hunter before deciding to [[HuntingTheMostDangerousGame go after humans as her prey]]. Taking on the identity of Madame Chania, she lured her victims to a hotel, also being [[DomesticAbuse a physically abusive lover]] to her loyal maid Mimi. Throughout the stay of Father Brown, his friends, and some wealthy playboys, Ana kills a prostitute; leaves another one hospitalized after shooting her; tries to blow up Mrs. [=McCarthy=] and Lady Felicia; modifies one of her guests' guns to backfire and [[BoomHeadshot shoot him]]; shoots another with a crossbow; and kills the last guest before stringing him up as a twisted trophy, framing Mimi and leaving her lover to hang for her crimes. When Father Brown confronts her, Ana reveals her [[{{Sadist}} sadistic joy]] in the death she caused under her power after [[TamperingWithFoodAndDrink drugging him]], before deciding to hunt him down while taunting him, ultimately [[HoistByHerOwnPetard falling victim to her own trap]]. A sociopathic, abusive hedonist who sees humans as mere animals, Ana left a body count almost never surpassed in the show, with Father Brown giving up on redeeming her.

** "[[Recap/FatherBrownS3E8 The Lair of the Libertines]]": [[EgomaniacHunter Ana Demiachia]] is a self-described "[[TheHedonist hedonistic existentialist]]" obsessed with killing. Loving murder even as a child, Ana was previously a big game hunter before deciding to [[HuntingTheMostDangerousGame go after humans as her prey]]. Taking on the identity of Madame Chania, she lured her victims to a hotel, also being [[DomesticAbuse a physically abusive lover]] to her loyal maid Mimi. Throughout the stay of Father Brown, his friends, and some wealthy playboys, Ana kills a prostitute; leaves another one hospitalized after shooting her; tries to blow up Mrs. [=McCarthy=] and Lady Felicia; modifies one of her guests' guns to backfire and [[BoomHeadshot shoot him]]; shoots another with a crossbow; and kills the last guest before stringing him up as a twisted trophy, framing Mimi and leaving her lover to hang for her crimes. When Father Brown confronts her, Ana reveals her [[{{Sadist}} sadistic joy]] in the death she caused under her power after [[TamperingWithFoodAndDrink drugging him]], before deciding to hunt him down while taunting him, ultimately [[HoistByHisOwnPetard falling victim to her own trap]]. A sociopathic, abusive hedonist who sees humans as mere animals, Ana left a body count almost never surpassed in the show, with Father Brown giving up on redeeming her.

** "The Bitter End" & "This Way Out": [[FauxAffablyEvil Santana]] is a vicious leader of the Los Lordes gang. He and his gang are responsible for turning the Bitterman projects into a hellhole and hounding the residents, making them scared for their lives to the point that one young mother [[DrivenToSuicide commits suicide]] with her son to get away from him. After her death and Detective Danny Reagan's attempts to take them down, he declares war on the police department and [[CopKiller arranges for ambushes]], one of which kills Jamie's partner and friend Vinny. He later takes advantage of a mentally-impaired man by having him shoot Mayor Poole by having him think it would be a harmless prank. The shooting would leave Poole paralyzed and in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. After his girlfriend is arrested with his drugs, he panics and puts out a failed hit on her in prison. Santana shows that under his calm and collected demeanor is someone who cares only about himself and would step on anyone who gets in his way.

** "[[Recap/DollhouseS01E03 Stage Fright]]" & "[[Recap/DollhouseS01E06 Man on the Street]]": Joe Hearn is TheHandler for the doll Sierra, and at first seems nothing more than a callous {{Jerkass}} who doesn't care when the dolls under his care die. He proves himself to be far more evil, however, when it's revealed that he's been taking advantage of the blind trust dolls are implanted with towards their handlers and, while Sierra is in her neutral child-like state, has repeatedly forced her to have sex with him. His crimes close to being discovered, he tries to convince his superiors that the doll, Victor, is the true perpetrator and argues to have him sent to [[AndIMustScream the Attic.]] When Hearn himself is revealed to be the culprit, his boss [[EvilBrit Adelle DeWitt]] issues him an ultimatum, either be sent to the Attic himself, or rape and murder [[HeroAntagonist Paul Ballard's]] girlfriend Mellie to deter him from investigating the Dollhouse. Hearn chooses the latter, and sets to the task with apparent glee. However, it turns out to be a set-up planned by [=DeWitt=] who was so [[EvenEvilHasStandards repulsed by Hearn's actions]] that she had arranged it so Hearn would be killed by Mellie, who is a doll herself.

** "[[Recap/BlindspotS1E14RulesInDefiance Rules in Defiance]]": [[HumanTraffickers Maxwell Tate]] is a rich and powerful man, who for at least seven years ran a forced prostitution ring. He has his agents in immigration select young women who are being deported back to Mexico then has his thugs abduct them. Taking them to a building he owns Tate throws elaborate parties for the rich and powerful where the women are [[SexSlave repeatedly raped and abused for the guest's pleasure]]. When one woman, Paloma Diaz, was killed by a guest, Tate forced her friend Camila to dispose of the body, then had a false case built to [[FrameUp frame Paloma's boyfriend Ronnie Vargas]] for abusing, raping and murdering her, guaranteeing Vargas would be executed. When Vargas tried to prove his innocence, Tate had Vargas's sister's home burned to the ground as a warning, almost killing her and her three children. When Tate discovers [[FBIAgent Tasha Zapata]] has infiltrated his organization, to cover up what he has been doing he simply has all the women, including Tasha, rounded into the basement where he kept them, then sets the building on fire, dismissing it as "I can't risk leaving any evidence".
